Head of Growth

Bluefish is seeking an experienced Head of Growth to lead and scale our customer success, account strategy, and revenue expansion functions. This role is a key member of the leadership team and will be critical in shaping the next phase of Bluefish’s growth as we build the go-to-market engine for the AI-powered marketing era.

As Head of Growth, you will own the full post-sales customer lifecycle—from onboarding and strategic relationship building to renewals, upsells, and advocacy. You'll lead a high-impact team that partners with Fortune 500 brands and agencies, ensuring they achieve measurable success with Bluefish’s platform while uncovering new revenue opportunities through deep strategic engagement.

We’re looking for a proactive, commercially-minded leader with strong enterprise SaaS experience, deep marketing domain expertise, and the ability to build and scale a world-class accounts organization in a fast-moving startup environment.

What You Will Be Doing:

  • Build and lead the Accounts function: Recruit, coach, and manage a team of high-performing account leaders and customer success professionals.
  • Define and execute account strategy: Develop scalable processes for customer success, strategic account management, retention, and expansion.
  • Serve as executive sponsor for key customer relationships, building trusted partnerships with CMOs, agency leaders, and cross-functional stakeholders at Fortune 500 brands.
  • Drive revenue growth: Partner closely with Sales and Product to identify upsell/cross-sell opportunities and contribute to ongoing ARR growth through strategic engagement.
  • Champion customer success: Ensure Bluefish customers achieve strong ROI, adoption, and satisfaction, becoming long-term advocates and reference accounts.
  • Operationalize account excellence: Implement robust reporting, health scoring, success plans, and feedback loops to guide decision-making and improve outcomes.
  • Shape the voice of the customer: Bring structured insights from the field back to Product, Engineering, and Marketing to inform roadmap and messaging.
  • Stay ahead of market trends: Help customers navigate the evolving AI marketing landscape, offering strategic counsel and showcasing Bluefish’s thought leadership.
  • Collaborate across the business: Act as a connective tissue between Sales, Product, and Marketing to align around customer-centric growth.

What you Bring:

  • 10+ years of experience in enterprise SaaS account management, customer success, or strategic partnerships, with at least 3+ years in a leadership role focused on driving post-sales growth and revenue expansion.
  • Proven track record of leading and scaling high-performing post-sales organizations within startups or high-growth tech environments, with a clear focus on upsell, cross-sell, and service-based revenue growth.
  • Deep experience managing strategic relationships with Fortune 500 brands and/or major marketing agencies, consistently identifying and capturing revenue expansion opportunities across complex account portfolios.
  • Expert in managing complex enterprise relationships at the executive level, with a strong ability to translate strategic partnership value into tangible revenue outcomes.
  • Strong commercial acumen with a deep understanding of post-sales revenue drivers, customer lifecycle economics, and retention strategies that impact bottom-line growth.
  • Strategic mindset combined with operational rigor—able to set vision, build scalable revenue-generating systems, and drive measurable business outcomes across post-sales functions.
  • Strong domain knowledge of marketing, mar-tech, and/or AI-powered tools, with a proven ability to position post-sales services as value-add solutions that increase account profitability.
  • Comfortable operating in ambiguity with a hands-on, startup-ready attitude, consistently leveraging post-sales touchpoints to drive revenue impact and long-term customer value.
