About the Role

As a Senior Recruiter, you will be a thought partner to senior stakeholders. You will use your expertise to provide a consultative approach and own data-led recruiting strategies from candidate awareness to hire, including a DEIB lens. You will partner with hiring managers to create meaningful candidate outreach and engagement while maintaining high data integrity and a sense of urgency to meet hiring goals. This role is a hybrid model with two days in the office.

You successfully manage, prioritize, and close searches against a timeline using organic search tools. You have mastered the ability to prioritize, demonstrate accountability and a sense of urgency, and understand the value of delivering exceptional candidate and stakeholder experiences. You are a thought partner to executive-level stakeholders and are comfortable navigating a corporate environment. You see yourself as a sourcing Guru and take pride in closing passive candidates. You are a Full Desk recruiter and in addition to corporate functions, you are comfortable supporting Technical, Sales and Customer Success roles as needed.

 

Responsibilities

 

Recruiting Life Cycle

  • Own full life cycle recruiting, inclusive of diversity, equity, inclusion, and belonging (DEIB) at each stage.
  • Identify/clarify hiring needs and core competencies, use historical hiring data with external market insights and internal company budgets to build a data-driven Recruiting strategy.
  • Use creative sourcing strategies to build and maintain a healthy and diverse talent pipeline.
  • Use your subject matter expertise to offer thoughtful, out-of-the-box solutions to talent strategies.
  • Build a social media plan in partnership with the hiring manager (s) to promote open roles and attract top talent.
  • Keep up to date with new recruiting methods, industry, and market trends; assist in developing a consistent and sustainable recruiting strategy.
  • Partner with hiring managers to plan and execute thoughtful candidate experience-minded interview plans.
  • Champion for talent during the candidate assessment and empower hiring teams to deliver exceptional candidate experiences. 
  • Strategically and mindfully review and suggest revisions to job postings to ensure job responsibilities and expertise are attracting the appropriate talent for each role.

Relationship Management

  • Build strong partnerships with senior stakeholders and People Business Partners to understand business priorities and anticipate hiring challenges/needs.
  • Host thoughtful, data-led quarterly business reviews with key stakeholders to ensure alignment, consistency, and accountability.
  • Educate, guide, and coach hiring managers through each step of the hiring process.
  • Demonstrate strong business acumen by connecting the dots to translate business needs into executable action plans.
  • Demonstrate a consultative approach, sharing relevant hire insights and industry trends to develop creative solutions for hiring managers.
  • Work cross-functionally and develop strong relationships with hiring managers through strategy meetings, status updates, and effective communication.
  • Drive and maintain a high standard of candidate experience through effective communication and consistent follow-through, and in-depth screens to assess potential candidates.
  • Collaborate with program partners and assist with Recruiting-driven events, conferences, etc.
  • Partner with a global recruiting team at all levels to guide strategy, relationship management, etc., and be a trainer/coach to impart your skills and expertise.
  • Identify opportunities to expand vendor partnerships and manage current vendors.
  • Following headcount planning, proactively partner with your stakeholders to create scalable solutions.

 

Data & Insights

  • Leverage data to consult and make informed decisions.
  • Maintain our applicant tracking system with a strong emphasis on data integrity to meet compliance policies.

 

Project Management

  • Participate in and/or own projects, recruiting strategy, process improvement, content, training, TA culture, and more!

 

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 8+ years of recruiting experience, a mix of in-house and agency preferred.
  • Strong understanding of navigating a professional environment.
  • Experienced in effectively hiring business-critical roles.
  • Expertise with the ability to effectively communicate with and assess talent.
  • Experienced in building and executing data-led recruiting strategies.
  • Experienced in building and executing structured interview plans and candidate packets, inclusive of a DEIB lens.
  • Excellent research/sourcing skills, including x-ray and Boolean source strings.
  • Experienced with event planning for recruiting-led events.
  • Outstanding verbal and written communication skills and natural ability to establish trust and credibility.
  • Experienced in a results-driven and metrics-oriented environment.
  • Self-starter, comfortable with a rapidly changing office environment.


New Hire Base Salary Range: $119,800.00 - $146,700.00
This role is also eligible to earn annual performance-based incentive compensation in the form of a cash bonus.

This is a hybrid role. At Bluevine, we have a collaborative culture and follow a hybrid model, working onsite Tuesdays and Wednesdays.
