Job Title: College Intern – Financial Application Development 

Position Overview: 
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented college intern to join our Financial Application Development team. In this role, you will assist in designing, developing, and maintaining our financial applications, with a focus on integrating swift payments, processing financial statements, and enhancing user interfaces using Blazor. This internship offers hands-on experience in modern software development practices using C#, PostgreSQL, and advanced UI technologies. 

Key Responsibilities: 

  • Software Development: 
  • Collaborate with senior developers to design, develop, and test financial applications using C# and the .NET framework. 
  • Assist in writing clean, efficient, and well-documented code. 
  • Database Management: 
  • Work with PostgreSQL databases, writing queries, and optimizing data storage to support application functionality. 
  • Help maintain data integrity and security for sensitive financial information. 
  • Financial Application Support: 
  • Contribute to projects involving swift payments and the processing of financial statements. 
  • Gain exposure to industry-standard financial practices and application integration. 
  • User Interface Development: 
  • Assist in creating interactive and user-friendly interfaces using Blazor. 
  • Participate in UI/UX discussions and prototype new features to enhance the overall user experience. 
  • Team Collaboration: 
  • Engage in code reviews, team meetings, and brainstorming sessions. 
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to align development efforts with business needs. 
  • Learning & Development: 
  • Take advantage of mentorship opportunities to deepen your technical and industry knowledge. 
  • Stay updated with emerging technologies and best practices in software development and financial applications. 

Qualifications: 

  • Education: 
  • Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s program in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. 
  • Technical Skills: 
  • Proficiency in C# programming and a solid understanding of object-oriented principles. 
  • Familiarity with SQL and hands-on experience or coursework involving PostgreSQL. 
  • Basic knowledge of web development frameworks; willingness to learn and work with Blazor is a plus. 
  • Interest in or exposure to financial technologies, particularly swift payments and financial statement processing. 
  • Soft Skills: 
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. 
  • Effective communication and teamwork skills. 
  • Eagerness to learn new technologies and methodologies. 
  • Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently in a fast-paced environment. 

Additional Information: 

  • Duration: as per academic term requirements. 
  • Location: In Office - Kaslik.
