Who We Are

Blueprint is a technology solutions firm headquartered in Bellevue, Washington, with a national footprint and a reputation for solving complex problems with smart, agile, and passionate teams. We use the latest in technology to bridge the gap between strategy and execution—our people are our strength and differentiator.

What We Do

We help companies unlock untapped value from their existing technology investments, building new revenue channels and streamlining operations. Whether it’s building custom solutions, modernizing legacy systems, or scaling product experiences—Blueprint is the trusted partner for transformation.

Why You Should Join Us

At Blueprint, you’ll work on impactful, end-to-end projects that connect strategy to delivery. We bring together engineers, data scientists, product managers, and designers to solve meaningful problems across industries. Our culture values curiosity, collaboration, and the courage to challenge convention. If you’re looking to grow your expertise while building solutions that matter, this is the place for you.

About the Role:

We’re looking for a Senior Lifecycle Engagement Engineer to join our growing team of marketing technologists. This isn’t just a production role—you’ll own the full lifecycle of outbound digital communication: from architecture and audience strategy to development, QA, and execution. You’ll partner with stakeholders across marketing, product, and engineering to craft scalable messaging solutions using Salesforce Marketing Cloud.

This role demands depth, accountability, and autonomy. You should be comfortable building from scratch, troubleshooting independently, and optimizing for performance across millions of customer touchpoints.

What You’ll Do:

  • Design and own end-to-end campaign workflows in Salesforce Marketing Cloud (SFMC), including segmentation, AMPscript scripting, dynamic content, and multi-channel execution.
  • Translate Figma files into responsive templates using HTML/CSS and modular code structures. Build new components as needed—no drag-and-drop-only experience.
  • Implement rigorous QA and UAT processes. You'll manage your own work, test environments, and results tracking.
  • Define and refine audience targeting strategies using behavioral, transactional, and preference-based data.
  • Ensure accurate, on-time delivery of complex campaign executions (email, push, SMS), with versioning and localization as needed.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with product owners, engineering teams, and senior leadership to understand objectives and deliver measurable results.
  • Troubleshoot technical delivery issues independently and proactively flag systemic problems.
  • Provide recommendations for scaling personalization efforts, improving dynamic content performance, and refining engagement metrics.

What We’re Looking For:

  • 5+ years of hands-on experience developing and executing complex, data-driven marketing campaigns within Salesforce Marketing Cloud.
  • Advanced proficiency with AMPscript, dynamic content logic, and responsive HTML/CSS development.
  • Strong background in end-to-end marketing operations—from segmentation strategy to QA to delivery and reporting.
  • Proven ability to work autonomously in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple parallel workstreams.
  • Experience managing communication volumes in excess of 5M+ records and understanding the performance implications.
  • Ability to build email templates from scratch based on Figma designs or creative briefs—no reliance on template libraries.
  • Familiarity with data modeling, ETL pipelines, or CDP integrations is a plus.
  • Strong communication skills and a demonstrated ability to influence decision-makers with data-backed recommendations.

Compensation and Benefits

Pay ranges vary based on multiple factors, including, but not limited to, skill sets, education, responsibilities, experience, and geographic market. For Washington State, the salary range for this position is $95,600 to $119,300 USD annually, with a midpoint of $107,450. Final compensation and job title will be determined based on the selected candidate’s qualifications and experience and may fall outside this range.

Blueprint believe in the importance of a healthy and happy team, which is why our comprehensive benefits package includes:

  • Medical, dental, and vision coverage
  • Flexible Spending Account
  • 401k program
  • Competitive PTO offerings
  • Parental Leave
