- Maintain and help host a shared internal Agentic UX space that centralizes patterns, prototypes, and research insights.
- Contribute examples, patterns, and reusable assets to the shared Agentic UX Platform, including documentation and workflows.
- Document implementations and provide knowledge transfer to ensure reuse beyond the engagement.
- Adhere to security and compliance requirements for internal tooling and data handling.

- 8+ years of experience in UI/UX engineering or development.

- Familiarity with AI-assisted workflows and rapid prototyping tools.
- Excellent collaboration skills with designers and researchers in fast iteration cycles.
- Strong communication, problem-solving, and documentation abilities.
- Portfolio requirement: Minimum of 2 projects (ideally 3) showcasing coded prototypes and examples of AI/GPT model integration.
- Experience with Azure OpenAI.
- Experience developing Figma plugins.
- Familiarity with Copilot Studio or similar AI-powered rapid prototyping tools.
- Background in creating reusable UX tooling and agentic UX patterns.
