Program Manager – Customer Initiatives & Operations

In This Role
You will manage the day-to-day operating rhythm for multiple customer-facing initiatives, ensuring a single, integrated view of progress across all workstreams. You will translate execution into clear, leadership-ready insights while maintaining strong visibility into timelines, risks, and dependencies. This role requires strong coordination across cross-functional teams, proactive risk management, and the ability to drive predictable delivery.
You will also leverage AI tools to accelerate planning, streamline communications, synthesize insights, and identify risks early—helping improve overall program transparency, efficiency, and decision-making.
Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end program execution across multiple parallel workstreams
- Maintain an integrated view of scope, milestones, dependencies, risks, and key decisions
- Run a consistent operating rhythm (weekly reviews, status updates, action tracking)
- Coordinate with cross-functional stakeholders to ensure alignment and timely delivery
- Identify, track, and mitigate risks and issues proactively
- Translate program progress into concise, leadership-ready reports and insights
- Support customer-facing initiatives such as onboarding, enablement, pilots, and launches
- Define and track KPIs related to adoption, usage, satisfaction, and operational impact
- Build and maintain dashboards or scorecards to measure program performance
- Drive data-informed decision-making through reporting and insights
- Use AI tools to improve planning, communication, reporting, and risk detection
- Ensure delivery timelines are met with minimal surprises through strong execution discipline
Qualifications (Required)
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience
- 4+ years of experience in program or project management
- Proven experience managing multiple workstreams across cross-functional teams
- Strong execution discipline with experience managing timelines, dependencies, and risks
- Experience in customer-facing programs (onboarding, adoption, enablement, launches, or similar)
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, including executive-level reporting
- Ability to translate complex program data into clear, actionable insights
- Experience defining and tracking KPIs and success metrics
- Proficiency in Excel or similar tools for reporting and analysis
- Experience creating structured program updates and status reporting
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with Power BI or similar visualization tools
- Familiarity with building dashboards, scorecards, and lightweight analytics
- Experience working in fast-paced, high-visibility environments
- Exposure to AI tools for productivity, reporting, or insights generation
- Strong stakeholder management and influence skills
- Experience supporting large-scale or enterprise-level initiatives
- Ability to balance strategic thinking with hands-on execution
Salary Range
At Blueprint, we strive to offer competitive pay that reflects the value of our team members. Compensation for this role is influenced by a variety of factors, including skills, education, responsibilities, experience, and geographic market. For candidates based in Washington State, the anticipated salary range is $38– $40 USD per hour. Please note that we typically do not hire new employees at the top of the posted range. Actual starting pay will be determined based on experience, skills, and internal equity. The final salary and job title may vary depending on the selected candidate’s qualifications and could fall outside the stated range.
