In This Role
In this role, you will support the ongoing quality, accuracy, and usability of an enterprise content portfolio. You will focus on maintaining and improving existing documentation rather than creating new frameworks or strategies. This includes reviewing business and process documentation, ensuring alignment with standards, managing lifecycle updates, and triaging feedback from stakeholders. You will work independently within a structured environment, collaborating with content owners to ensure materials remain current, clear, and operationally effective.
Key Responsibilities
- Review, edit, and refresh existing business and process documentation to ensure accuracy and clarity
- Maintain documentation lifecycle elements such as versioning, review cycles, and content status signals
- Triage incoming feedback, implement updates, or coordinate with content owners for resolution
- Track feedback items through closure and identify recurring quality or usability themes
- Perform editorial reviews to enforce documentation standards and improve readability
- Ensure content aligns with current platform guidance and organizational standards
- Contribute to and maintain runbook-style and operational documentation
- Support ongoing initiatives by maintaining and updating established content assets
- Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to ensure documentation consistency and usability
- Ensure timely updates with minimal defects and rework
Required Qualifications
- 3–5 years of experience in content writing, editing, or documentation support
- Strong experience reviewing and maintaining business or technical documentation
- Hands-on experience with documentation lifecycle management (versioning, review cycles, updates)
- Experience triaging feedback and incorporating updates into content
- Working knowledge of Microsoft 365 tools (Teams, SharePoint, Exchange, Power Platform, etc.)
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to enforce content standards consistently
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision in a structured environment
- Strong written communication and editorial judgment skills
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience working with large-scale content libraries or enterprise documentation portfolios
- Familiarity with runbook-style or operational documentation
- Exposure to documentation governance frameworks or quality standards
- Experience using GitHub or similar platforms for content publishing or version control
- Familiarity with tools such as Copilot Studio or modern content management systems
- Portfolio of prior documentation or content work samples
Salary Range
At Blueprint, we strive to offer competitive pay that reflects the value of our team members. Compensation for this role is influenced by a variety of factors, including skills, education, responsibilities, experience, and geographic market. For candidates based in Washington State, the anticipated salary range is $27– $30 USD per hour. Please note that we typically do not hire new employees at the top of the posted range. Actual starting pay will be determined based on experience, skills, and internal equity. The final salary and job title may vary depending on the selected candidate’s qualifications and could fall outside the stated range.
