Business Intelligence Analyst – Infrastructure

In This Role
In this role, you will support a global infrastructure optimization program focused on server decommissioning and site closures. You will work closely with cross‑functional stakeholders to manage data, deliver analytics-driven insights, and maintain reporting that tracks progress, performance, and impact. Day to day, you will balance meetings with hands‑on data analysis, dashboard updates, and operational reporting to support key program initiatives. This role is well suited for someone who enjoys working in a fast‑paced technical environment, leveraging data to influence decisions and improve infrastructure efficiency.
Responsibilities
- Manage and analyze program and operational data related to global server decommission and infrastructure optimization initiatives
- Support end‑to‑end server decommission processes through accurate data tracking and reporting
- Develop, maintain, and update business intelligence dashboards, including regular data refreshes and enhancements
- Build analytics and insights to support space, power, cooling, and network capacity optimization efforts
- Query and mine data from multiple systems and tools to support reporting needs
- Partner with program, operations, and technical teams to define new reporting requirements and deliver actionable insights
- Provide tactical, hands‑down support for data analysis, reporting, and operational requests
- Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and alignment with program goals
- Support project delivery through timely reporting, insights, and status tracking
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in a technical field such as computer science, engineering, information systems, or a related discipline
- 0–2 years of relevant professional experience
- Experience with data analytics, reporting, or business intelligence in an IT or technical environment
- Hands‑on experience with Power BI, including dashboard updates and data refreshes
- Experience querying data and working with structured datasets
- Ability to apply fundamental technical concepts, processes, and best practices to solve problems
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail and data quality
- Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast‑paced environment
- Strong communication skills to present insights and collaborate with stakeholders
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience querying data using Kusto (or similar query languages)
- Familiarity with Power Apps or low‑code solutions
- Prior experience supporting infrastructure, hardware, or data center–related initiatives
- Exposure to server decommissioning, hardware lifecycle management, or site closure activities
- Background in IT data analytics, business intelligence, or program analytics
- Previous experience working in large, enterprise‑scale or cloud infrastructure environments
- Prior program or project management experience supporting technical initiatives
Salary Range
At Blueprint, we strive to offer competitive pay that reflects the value of our team members. Compensation for this role is influenced by a variety of factors, including skills, education, responsibilities, experience, and geographic market. For candidates based in Washington State, the anticipated salary range is $75000– $88000 USD Per annum. Please note that we typically do not hire new employees at the top of the posted range. Actual starting pay will be determined based on experience, skills, and internal equity. The final salary and job title may vary depending on the selected candidate’s qualifications and could fall outside the stated range.
