Executive Assistant to CEO & President
Reports to: Executive Vice President, People

Location: Boca Raton, FL
The Responsibilities:
Includes, but not limited to the following:
- Oversee both executives day to day activities including maintaining professional and personal calendars and running professional and personal errands.
- Maintain executives' agendas and notes for meetings and conferences.
- Interface with all levels of the organization and with clients in a professional and effective manner reflective of the executives.
- Manage and coordinate all administrative services of the CEO and President: including, but not limited to, answering calls on behalf of CEO and President, filing, drafting emails, and synopsizing emails.
- Take lead on the first draft of PowerPoint presentations.
- Prepare correspondence and assemble confidential and sensitive information.
- Coordinate all CEO and President’s travel.
- Other administrative support on special projects as assigned.
The Essentials:
- Located in the Boca Raton, FL area and able to work in office 5 days a week
- Self-starter with ability to perform multiple tasks
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to multitask and exceptional time management
- Strong PowerPoint skills
- Great attitude and work ethic
- Marketing background is a plus
