About the role: 

This is an opportunity to join BTG+ new in-house studio embedded with a NYC client, as a GenAI Senior Integrated Project Manager, leading AI-enhanced production workflows for the news and finance industry. 

  

Manage creative production processes that leverage generative AI to deliver tier 2 and tier 3 marketing assets at scale. Working offshore with global team coordination, you'll establish AI-integrated workflows that maintain editorial quality while increasing production efficiency. Your expertise in both project management and AI tools will help establish the studio as a leader in AI-enhanced marketing production. 

  

The Role

You'll be the operational leader behind AI-enhanced production workflows that accelerate marketing asset creation for premium brands. Working at the intersection of project management and artificial intelligence, you'll develop processes that leverage generative AI while maintaining the editorial standards expected by sophisticated audiences. We're looking for someone who can balance AI efficiency with human creative oversight, building scalable production systems that deliver quality at speed. Success means establishing reliable AI-integrated workflows that reduce production time while maintaining brand integrity and editorial credibility. 

  

What you´ll do

  • Lead AI-integrated production workflows for tier 2 and tier 3 creative across multiple marketing channels 
  • Develop processes that leverage generative AI tools while maintaining quality control and brand consistency 
  • Manage complex production schedules that coordinate AI-generated assets with human creative oversight 
  • Create AI prompt libraries and creative templates that enable efficient, brand-compliant asset generation 
  • Coordinate between offshore production teams and onshore creative leadership to ensure quality standards 
  • Build quality assurance frameworks that evaluate AI-generated content against editorial and brand requirements 
  •  Train team members on AI tools and workflows while establishing best practices for AI-human collaboration 
  • Monitor AI tool performance and recommend technology stack improvements to enhance production capabilities 
  • Deliver measurable improvements in production speed and efficiency while maintaining creative quality 

  

What you´ll bring

  • Experience managing creative production with proven expertise in AI tools and generative technologies 
  • Project management skills that coordinate complex workflows across multiple time zones and production streams 
  • Deep understanding of generative AI applications in marketing, including text, image, and video generation 
  • Proven ability to establish quality control processes that evaluate AI-generated content against brand standards 
  • Leadership skills that guide teams in adopting new technologies while maintaining production quality 
  • A talent for creating efficient workflows that balance AI automation with human creative oversight 
  • The ability to work effectively across global teams while maintaining clear communication and delivery standards 
  • Expertise in AI tools such as Pencil, OMG, and emerging generative technologies 
  •  6+ years of project management experience with proven success in AI-enhanced creative production
