Role: GenAI Senior Art Director

Location: Remote until further notice

 

About the role:

We are looking for a brilliant GenAI Art Director to work with marketing teams across Poland, Germany, Benelux, France, UK and Italy. This role represents an exciting opportunity to shape the future of creative production, combining the craft of traditional art direction with the innovation of Gen AI technology. 

You will be fascinated by the food and culinary world. You will be experienced in crafting stunning and mouth-watering food visual worlds and experiences. 

     

What you will be doing:

Creative Leadership & Execution: 

  • Develop visually arresting campaigns across socials, e-commerce and POSM for food brands 
  • Design and inspire with your visual craft, using GenAI tools to create captivating compositions. 
  • Develop food related projects from concept to execution, ensuring every dish looks irresistible. 
  • Maintain high standards for premium brand visuals related to food and dining. 
  • Innovate in GenAI-driven food design and development 
  • Maintain and monitor exceptional craft standards across all deliverables 
  • Pretest the work as per brand requirements before it launches 

 

Technical Direction: 

  • Master GenAI technologies (VE03, Imogen, Midjourney, Adobe Firefly, etc.) for food presentation. 
  • Develop and execute food projects ensuring irresistible visuals. 
  • Maintain and innovate high standards for premium food brand visuals. 
  • Collaborate with technical teams to advance GenAI capabilities in food presentation. 
  • Expert-level prompting and model selection capabilities 
  • Advanced experience of working with traditional design tools for asset creation, mixing and variations 
  • Strong retouching and finishing skills 
  • Proficiency in creative automation workflows 
  • Understanding of performance marketing principles 

 

What you need to be great in this role:

  • 8+ years in design roles with significant exposure to food photography and composition. 
  • Proven experience in creative development for food and nutrition brands. 
  • Deep expertise in GenAI applications for visual food solutions. 
  • Strong knowledge of traditional design principles related to food presentation. 
  • Mastery of Adobe Creative Cloud focused on food styling 
  • Strong aesthetic sensibility towards food styling. 
  • Innovative mindset with practical skills in problem-solving. 
  • Passionate about food. 
  • Team player with a collaborative spirit.  
  • Quality and client satisfaction of Gen AI deliverables
