Role: Integrated Designer – Digital and Print Specialist
Location: Remote working until further notice
About the role:
We’re pleased to be putting the word out there that we’re looking for a Mid Integrated Designer to join one of our global teams. You’d have the chance to learn new things while providing support to your new team and brands. We deliver some of the best creative work for all our high-profile brand partners from across the globe and you now can do the same.
We are looking for an Integrated Designer to join our project studio, working across a broad range of brand, campaign, and always‑on content. This role sits within a fast‑paced, integrated team and requires someone who is comfortable working across multiple channels, formats, and timelines.
You’ll collaborate closely with creatives, strategists, social, and production teams to deliver high‑quality creative outputs that meet both brand and business objectives.
You will be working with a team of thinkers like yourself to conceptualise and execute creative solutions that consistently and clearly communicate the brand’s identity, positioning and campaign messaging through all the brand’s touch points from briefing to end.

- POS
- Adaptations
- Commercialising Media
- Product and campaign assets
- Re-purpose and adapt existing brand toolkits to creative engaging fresh content.
Skills & Experience
- Proven experience as an Integrated Designer, Graphic Designer, or similar role within an agency or in‑house environment
- Strong portfolio demonstrating integrated thinking across channels
- Solid understanding of branding, layout, typography, and visual systems
- Ability to adapt creative work for different markets, audiences, and platforms
- Experience working within structured brand guidelines as well as more conceptual briefs
- Comfortable working under pressure and managing competing priorities
Technical Skills
- Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign)
- Working knowledge of Figma or similar design tools
- Basic understanding of motion, social formats, and digital best practices is a plus
- Awareness of production requirements for print and digital deliverables

What you will be doing:
- Work on projects from start to finish — working collaboratively across teams on ideation, creation, and implementation.
- Show strong conceptual and integrated design thinking for web, digital, ecommerce, social content, print, OOH, POS and advertising.
- Define the look and feel for a variety of digital and print design projects.
- Implement existing brand guidelines on projects.
- Develop user centred and engaging responsive web and email layouts.
- Develop printed collateral from start to repro ready.
- The ability to work under direction and using your own initiative.
- Presenting your work internally and to clients and manage workloads within agreed timings.
- Keeping up to date with current design trends.
- Understand what makes GREAT content e.g., best practices for making ecommerce, social assets, mobile first, OOH, POS, and other printed collateral.
What you need to be great in this role:
- High energy and a passion for ideas and effective visual storytelling.
- Solid understanding of graphic design, print and web technologies.
- Brand identity and campaign identities as real working experience.
- Social, digital, print and design experience with Visual Arts BS/BA degree a plus.
- A portfolio demonstrating your ideas through to execution.
- Proficiency in Adobe CC suite applications including Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Sketch, Figma and associated prototyping.
- A passion for digital trends and print.
- You’ll have a deep affinity with layout, typography, and idea-generation.
- A team player and possess the ability to build strong and effective working relationships.
- An eye for consistency and ability to integrate brand specific visual design elements across all communication channels.
