Role:  AI Enablement Lead

Location:  Remote until further notice

About the role -

This is a defining role for someone who understands how people learn, how organisations change, and how generative AI can genuinely transform the way creative and marketing teams work. Based in India, you'll own the strategy and execution for AI capability development — designing the frameworks, curriculum, and tools that help practitioners across markets understand and use AI with confidence and craft.

From role-based learning programmes and certification pathways to playbooks and adoption frameworks, you'll translate complex AI concepts into practical, accessible guidance and embed them into everyday workflows. You'll work closely with innovation leads, senior stakeholders, and cross-market teams — acting as the studio's primary advocate for responsible, high-impact AI adoption.

What you will be doing:

  • Design and manage a role-based AI learning curriculum that builds capability across levels — from foundational awareness to advanced application
  • Define and implement an AI adoption framework that tracks progress, identifies gaps, and drives measurable improvement across markets
  • Create and maintain AI certification pathways that recognise capability growth and motivate ongoing development
  • Build and maintain a library of AI playbooks, guides, and documentation that are practical, current, and easy to use
  • Champion AI adoption across markets — communicating value, building confidence, and addressing barriers to uptake
  • Align learning programmes and capability initiatives with the studio's innovation roadmap and strategic priorities
  • Partner with discipline leads, innovation teams, and senior stakeholders to identify capability needs and tailor learning accordingly
  • Monitor adoption metrics and share insights and recommendations with studio leadership
  • Evaluate new generative AI tools and approaches, assessing their relevance and potential integration into the curriculum
  • Set quality benchmarks for AI-assisted outputs and guide teams on responsible, effective use
  • Manage workstream-level budgets for learning programmes and external resources, driving cost efficiency without compromising quality

What you need to be great in this role:

Skills and experience

  • Demonstrated experience designing and delivering learning or capability-building programmes in a creative, marketing, or technology environment
  • Deep working knowledge of generative AI tools and their application across marketing, content, and creative disciplines
  • Experience developing frameworks, playbooks, or structured documentation for complex technical subjects
  • Ability to translate complex AI concepts into clear, accessible language for diverse audiences and seniority levels
  • Experience working across multiple markets or geographies, with an understanding of how adoption challenges vary by context
  • Strong stakeholder engagement and influencing skills — able to build buy-in from senior leaders and practitioners alike
  • Analytical approach: comfortable using data to assess adoption, identify gaps, and demonstrate impact
  • Experience aligning capability programmes with innovation or product roadmaps

Gen AI and agentic thinking

  • Expert-level proficiency with generative AI tools relevant to marketing and creative disciplines
  • Proven ability to set quality benchmarks for AI-assisted outputs and train others to meet them
  • Experience designing and optimising AI workflows for self and team
  • Systematic, agentic approach to complex, multi-step challenges
  • Strong critical judgment on when AI adds value and when human oversight is essential
  • Experience establishing responsible use principles and governance standards for AI tools within a team or studio
