Job Type: Full Time Onsite, Monday-Friday (8:30AM-5:15PM)
Bradford Construction currently has an opportunity for an experienced Estimator to support a Job Order Contract (JOC) program with one of our public agency clients.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with a diverse range of technical, professional, and managerial staff—as well as designers, consultants, and contractors—to coordinate and develop comprehensive cost estimates.
- Participate in joint scope meetings and assist project management.
- Oversee the creation of quantity take-offs and cost evaluations based on join scope meeting and relevant documents.
- Review and analyze cost estimates submitted by contractors, providing recommendations on their suitability for implementation.
- Participate in cost-related negotiations to support project planning and budgeting efforts.
- Perform additional related duties as required.
Minimum Requirements:
- A minimum of 5 years of estimating experience.
- Experience with public agencies is preferred.
- Experience with Job Order Contracts or a similar construction delivery method is required.
Education: Bachelors' degree in Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management, or a related field. #LI-Onsite
Salary
$90,000 - $110,000 USD
