New York, New York

Overview

At Brooklinen, we’re building the future of comfort — thoughtfully, ambitiously, and with intention — nurturing our customers, our team, and the work that helps us grow thoughtfully.

Love interiors? Obsessed with creating visual worlds that bring stories to life? We’re a team of home soft goods experts, creatives, and technologists—brought together by a shared love of creating high-quality bed and bath products at a price people love. And we’re building a brand and customer experience that’s truly memorable. Now, we’re looking for a sharp, detail-oriented Creative Production Stylist with superb taste to join our Creative team.

This is a highly collaborative role focused on shaping how our products come to life across campaigns, lifestyle, ecommerce, and product education moments. Our ideal candidate is a strong executor with great taste who can translate product know-how and visual direction into polished, high-quality soft- and prop-styling work..

If you love storytelling and brand-building and you want to set a new standard for what home can look like—we’d love to meet you.

This role is based in Manhattan, NY, with a hybrid schedule of two days in-office and three days remote.

What You’ll Do

In this role, you’ll:

  • Build and refine our soft styling playbook across ecomm photography, lifestyle and product education shoots
  • Partner with our VP Creative, Photo Art Director, and Photographer to bring seasonal campaigns to life
  • Curate props and manage soft goods (and keep them organized for smart reuse)
  • Support prop styling needs by pulling, styling, and returning props, with the ability to combine soft goods and prop styling when needed
  • Style across ecommerce, campaigns, organic social, PR activations, and serve as a close partner to Retail Visual Merchandiser
  • Partner with Creative Production team and Photo AD to prep shot lists, plan assortments, track samples, and make sure every product looks its best
  • Stay close to product details so styling always feels true to our brand
  • Serve as a key partner to Product Design, Merchandising, and Marketing teams to create looks and styling that supports our unique product offering
  • Occasionally support wardrobe pulls and retail styling collabs

We’re Looking for Someone Who Brings

  • 5+ years styling experience (home, interiors, lifestyle, or related)
  • An eye that catches every layer, fold, and detail; and deep understanding of how styling plays a key role in overarching storytelling
  • Ability to shift between more scrappy, fast-paced shoots and big, polished productions
  • An exceptional organizational mind to keep sets, props, and samples running smoothly
  • A collaborative mindset — you love working across teams with key collaborators being Creative, Product Design, Merchandising, Marketing, and Retail
  • Passion for interiors, design, and building visual worlds

Form CC-305
OMB Control Number 1250-0005
Expires 04/30/2026

Why are you being asked to complete this form?

We are a federal contractor or subcontractor. The law requires us to provide equal employment opportunity to qualified people with disabilities. We have a goal of having at least 7% of our workers as people with disabilities. The law says we must measure our progress towards this goal. To do this, we must ask applicants and employees if they have a disability or have ever had one. People can become disabled, so we need to ask this question at least every five years.

Completing this form is voluntary, and we hope that you will choose to do so. Your answer is confidential. No one who makes hiring decisions will see it. Your decision to complete the form and your answer will not harm you in any way. If you want to learn more about the law or this form, visit the U.S. Department of Labor’s Office of Federal Contract Compliance Programs (OFCCP) website at www.dol.gov/ofccp.
