The Opportunity 

Brunswick Group is seeking a HR Advisor – Immigration, Mobility and Policies to join our team.

The HR Advisor – Immigration, Mobility and Policies will play a critical role in supporting Brunswick’s people agenda across the U.S., with a focus on immigration, mobility, compliance, and policies. This individual will be a proactive partner to the business, delivering high-quality, client-focused HR support while ensuring processes and policies are effectively managed and continuously improved.

About the Role

Key Responsibilities

U.S. Immigration & Global Mobility

  • Partner with external counsel and immigration providers to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and manage risk.
  • Proactively monitor and adapt to changes in immigration law, supporting employees and leadership through transitions.
  • Work closely with the Global Mobility team to develop and lead the global mobility strategies aligned with business and talent objectives, supporting career development.
  • Own the end-to-end mobility lifecycle, including relocations, international assignments, onboarding, and repatriation in the US.
  • Provide support as needed to the mobility lifecycle globally.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional partners (HR, Legal, Finance, Talent Acquisition) to ensure seamless execution of mobility programs.
  • Provide clear, empathetic communication and guide employees navigating immigration and relocation processes.

Compliance & Policies

  • Design, maintain, and evolve HR policies, ensuring alignment with legal requirements business needs, employee experience, and market practice.
  • Ensure adherence to federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations, as well as internal policies.
  • Collaborate with Legal, Finance and Operations and Global HR partners to implement and communicate policy updates effectively.
  • Stay abreast of legal updates, understand and research market practice, analyze data and develop presentations to consider policy amendments.
  • Identify opportunities to streamline processes and improve efficiency.

The successful applicant will be eligible for the following compensation and benefits package: 

Base Pay: The annual base compensation range for this role is $120,000 - $160,000. The base pay offered will be determined by factors including experience, skills, training, office location, certifications, and education.

Bonus Eligibility: Annual discretionary bonus contingent upon individual and firm-wide performance.
