
Financial Systems Integration Specialist
We are looking for a Financial Systems Integration Specialist who is specialized in the NetSuite ERP to support the implementation and integration of NetSuite ERP and other financial systems across the organization. This role will play a critical part in delivering robust integration solutions, improving business processes, and supporting stakeholders across finance and operations. The ideal candidate has hands-on experience with NetSuite OneWorld, Celigo, SuiteScript, and various integration formats (CSV, JSON, XML), along with excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
We value the impact and connection that comes from regular in-person collaboration. Ideally this candidate will work from our Waltham, MA office, but we are open to remote for well qualified candidates. We are unable to offer work sponsorship for this role.

Your impact:
Implementation & Integration
- Support the implementation and integration of NetSuite ERP and related financial systems as part of the internal deployment team working on existing and newly acquire entities.
- Build and test both standard and custom integrations using REST/SOAP APIs and file-based methods (e.g., CSV, JSON, XML).
- Develop and maintain SuiteScript, RESTlets, workflows, saved searches, reports, dashboards, and analytics in NetSuite.
- Provide ongoing support for NetSuite implementation including process mapping and post-go-live adjustments.
- Ensure integrations are scalable, secure, and aligned with best practices.
- Manage projects and prioritize work staging to meet deadlines.
Business Analysis & Stakeholder Collaboration
- Collaborate with finance, operations, and business stakeholders to gather, analyze,
- and document business and system requirements.
- Ensure integration and system configurations align with financial and operational goals.
- Work with internal teams to proactively address and/or identify opportunities to enhance NetSuite capabilities and optimize key business processes.
- Training, Support & Documentation
- Deliver end-user training and provide ongoing support for various financial systems.
- Maintain detailed technical documentation for integrations, configurations, and customizations.
- Assist in change management by clearly communicating system changes and enhancements to end-users.
System Governance & Optimization
- Maintain and improve internal system controls across NetSuite and connected systems/integrations.
- Monitor integration performance and troubleshoot technical issues with a proactive, problem-solving mindset.
- Ensure compliance with internal IT and security standards.
About you:
Required:
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Finance, or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience with NetSuite OneWorld, including at least 3 successful NetSuite integrations.
- Proficiency in SuiteScript, SuiteTalk, REST/SOAP APIs, JavaScript, and data exchange formats (CSV, JSON, XML).
- Previous experience with integration tools such as Celigo.
- Strong understanding of process mapping, data flows, and ERP configuration best practices.
- Experience in a high-growth environment.
