
Onboarding Specialist
The Onboarding Specialist plays a pivotal role in the seamless integration of new clients into our systems and processes. Responsible for compiling essential documentation, creating client accounts, and overseeing data collection, this role ensures efficient onboarding and ongoing support for our clients. Additionally, this position assists the sales team, processes churn and contributes to upload and cross-selling efforts by leveraging insights into client needs and product offerings. The Onboarding Specialist is instrumental in driving operational excellence and client satisfaction throughout the onboarding process and beyond.

Your impact:
- Compile all necessary paperwork for new clients, liaising with Account Executives to ensure holistic information gathering.

- Create new client accounts within all systems
- Communicate effectively with clients and internal teams to facilitate the onboarding process, ensuring clarity on required materials and timeliness.
- Manage data collection, set up across all applicable services, and maintain accurate client information between all systems.
- Assist Sales and Client relations with paperwork and inquiries, process churn, and provide updates and details.
- Drive upsell/cross-selling initiatives leveraging understanding of client needs and product offerings.
- Work with Manager of Client Relations to assign and transition account from implementation to a Client Manager.
- Assist Client Managers in the setup of new locations, data requests, and other onboarding related tasks.
About you:
- Excellent interpersonal skills with a proven ability to develop and nurture relationships.
- Demonstrated leadership qualities.
- Strong time management abilities, capable of effectively organizing and prioritizing multiple tasks.
- Proficient in computer usage, including internet navigation and excel.
- Background in providing exemplary customer service.
- Demonstrates courtesy, politeness, and patience in all interactions.
- Strong team orientation and collaborative mindset.
- Attention to detail is a must.
- Minimum 3 years’ experience in a sales support role.
- Proficiency in Salesforce and Microsoft Office is essential.
