
Head of Total Rewards
We are seeking a strategic and hands-on Head of Total Rewards to lead the design, development, and execution of our compensation, benefits, and rewards strategy across a rapidly scaling, multi-brand organization.
This role will play a critical part in shaping how we attract, retain, and motivate talent—ensuring our programs are competitive, equitable, and aligned to business performance. A key focus of this role will be building and evolving sales compensation frameworks across our commercial teams, as well as standardizing reward practices across acquired entities.
The ideal candidate brings deep expertise in total rewards strategy within high-growth, complex environments and thrives in building scalable, data-driven programs from the ground up.

Your Impact:
Total Rewards Strategy & Leadership
- Develop and execute a comprehensive total rewards strategy aligned to business goals and growth plans
- Partner closely with executive leadership, HRBPs, Finance, and Sales leadership to align rewards with performance and business outcomes
- Establish scalable frameworks across compensation, benefits, and recognition for a multi-entity organization
Compensation Design & Execution
- Lead the design and management of base salary structures, job architecture, leveling, and pay ranges
- Build and standardize compensation practices across newly acquired businesses
- Ensure internal equity and external competitiveness through market benchmarking and data analysis
- Oversee annual compensation cycles including merit, promotions, and bonus planning
Sales Compensation (Critical Focus Area)
- Design, implement, and optimize sales compensation plans across multiple commercial functions
- Partner with Sales and Finance to align incentives with revenue goals, margin targets, and strategic priorities
- Evaluate plan effectiveness through performance data and iterate to drive results
- Ensure clarity, transparency, and operational efficiency in plan administration
Benefits & Wellness
- Oversee benefits strategy, vendor management, and program design to ensure competitive and cost-effective offerings
- Continuously evaluate benefits programs to meet the needs of a diverse and distributed workforce
Systems, Analytics & Governance
- Build reporting and analytics capabilities to measure the effectiveness of total rewards programs
- Establish governance, policies, and compliance frameworks across all reward programs
- Leverage HRIS and compensation tools to drive efficiency and scalability
M&A Integration
- Lead total rewards due diligence and integration for acquisitions
- Harmonize compensation and benefits programs while balancing business needs and employee experience
About You:
- 10+ years of experience in Total Rewards, Compensation, or related HR functions
- Proven experience designing and scaling sales compensation programs in complex organizations
- Experience working in high-growth, multi-entity, or acquisition-heavy environments
- Strong analytical and data-driven mindset with the ability to translate insights into action
- Experience building or evolving job architecture and leveling frameworks
- Ability to influence and partner with senior leadership
- Hands-on approach with the ability to operate both strategically and tactically
- Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree or certifications (e.g., CCP) a plus
