Our spectrum of home-based services now includes Skilled Home Health Care, Palliative Care, Adult Hospice Care and Pediatric Care. Our team approach strives to address practical, social, emotional and spiritual aspects of care, with the goal to maximize quality of life for our patients, caregivers and families.

This position offers:

Guaranteed 32- 40 hours a week
2 wellness days
5-day positions
Flexible shifts
Paid tolls and parking
In house massages for clinical staff offered monthly
Reasonable patient load (5 patients) or less per day
Scheduling is handled by a team in house so that you can focus on patient care
Gas card through our company Car Program

We are currently seeking a full time Hospice Aide to provide personal care services to our hospice patients covering Marin, Sonoma, Novato, Petaluma, Rohnert Park

*MUST HAVE HHA LICENSE*

By the Bay Health follows all CDPH vaccine requirements for healthcare personnel.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities include (but are not limited to):

Assist patient in bathing, care of mouth, skin, and hair as needed.
Assist patient in and out of bed and with ambulation.
Turn patient in bed, position for comfort, and change bed linen.
Assist with prescribed exercises as directed.

Education/Experience:

High school diploma or general education degree (GED); or related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Completion of an approved Home Health Aide training program.

Certificates, Licenses, Registrations:

Current certification to practice as a Home Health Aide in the State of California.
Current California Driver’s License and automobile insurance that meets State of California requirements, if driving a car.

Pay Range:
$26.00 - $30.00 hourly
