Position Summary
The SAP Materials Management Consultant (MM) Consultant is responsible for implementing and configuring procurement and inventory management process and ensuring process aligned with client strategic objectives. The Functional Consultant works closely with Sales and Distribution (SD), Financial Accounting (FI) and Controlling (CO). They will need to have 2+ years Quality Management experience which includes inspection and quality notification processing.
Essential Functions & Responsibilities
- Lead efforts to gather requirements and design solutions to meet Business process designs requirements
- Integration experience with cross-process teams, CO, FI, SD, QM and PP
- Work with technical counterparts to ensure technical solutions meet all functional requirements
- Business process design and system analysis
- Coordinate and manage across architects, developers, technical services (i.e. BASIS, Middleware, Portal) and business analysts to perform business analyst functions and responsibilities
- Maintenance, enhancement and/or development of SAP modules, including interfacing with other applications
- Developing test strategies and managing large complex test efforts
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Information Systems, Business, or related field and 3–5 years of relevant SAP MM functional experience, including configuration, testing leadership, and client-facing delivery responsibilities; or no degree and 5–7 years of relevant experience.
- Demonstrated ability to own deliverables, solve moderately complex problems, and coordinate across technical and functional stakeholders.
- Experience supporting integrated process design with at least two of: SD, FI/CO, PP.
- Ability to obtain a Government clearance, which requires U.S. Citizenship.
- Must live on the east coast and willing to travel up to 25%
Nice to Have:
- 4+ years SAP Order Management experience (preferred).
- Experience in public sector or regulated/government client environments.
- SAP certification(s) in MM and/or related modules.
Compensation: In accordance with pay transparency law, the expected salary range for this position is $110,000 – $122,000 annually. The actual compensation offered will be determined based on factors such as the candidate’s experience, qualifications, skills, and location. We are committed to fair and equitable compensation practices. This posted range reflects our good faith estimate of the compensation we reasonably expect to offer for this role at the time of posting.
