Position Summary: The Senior Technical Recruiter is responsible for managing the full recruitment lifecycle for technical and business-critical positions, partnering with hiring managers to attract, assess, and hire top talent. This role serves as a trusted advisor throughout the hiring process, providing guidance on recruiting strategies, talent market trends, and candidate selection while delivering a positive candidate experience. The Senior Technical Recruiter develops proactive sourcing strategies, builds strong talent pipelines, and represents C5MI's culture and employer brand to prospective candidates. Success in this role requires strong relationship-building skills, a consultative approach, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Essential Functions and Responsibilities:
•    Handles full lifecycle recruitment with a focus on strategic hiring for high-impact technical and business-critical roles, including intake meetings, sourcing, screening, interview management, offer negotiation, and onboarding support.
•    Partners with leaders and hiring managers to define role requirements, develop hiring strategies, build interview plans, calibrate candidate profiles, and provide talent market insights that support hiring decisions.
•    Conducts candidate screenings to evaluate technical skills, experience, qualifications, and overall fit for the role while guiding candidates through the interview process.
•    Builds and maintains pipelines of qualified talent using a variety of sourcing strategies, tools, networking, and proactive outreach.
•    Crafts compelling candidate outreach messaging and delivers a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
•    Develops a strong understanding of C5MI's business, culture, and career opportunities to effectively represent the organization and strengthen its employer brand through candidate interactions, industry events, and strategic partnerships.
•    Stays informed on talent market trends, compensation benchmarks, emerging skill sets, and candidate behavior to ensure competitive and effective recruitment strategies.
•    Maintains accurate affirmative action data within the Applicant Tracking System (ATS), ensuring candidate records and requisitions are updated in accordance with affirmative action reporting requirements.
•    Participates in college recruiting, career fairs, networking events, and other recruiting initiatives to build awareness of C5MI and attract top talent.
•    Adheres to all certified processes as part of our commitment to maintaining the highest standards of quality and information security, including participating in quality assurance activities and protecting sensitive information in accordance with company policies.
•    Performs other duties as assigned.

Qualifications and Motor/Sensory/Physical Requirements:

Minimum Qualifications:
•    5+ years of full lifecycle recruiting experience, preferably within the technology industry; experience recruiting for SAP or enterprise technology roles.
•    Demonstrated success sourcing, engaging, and hiring technical talent across a variety of channels.
•    Strong understanding of recruitment best practices, candidate assessment techniques, and offer negotiation.
•    Experience partnering with hiring managers and business leaders to develop hiring strategies and manage the recruitment process.
•    Experience using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and other recruiting tools (LinkedIn, ClearanceJobs, etc).
•    Excellent communication, relationship-building, and organizational skills.
•    Ability to manage multiple requisitions and competing priorities with a willingness to adapt.

Nice to Have
•    Experience recruiting for federal government contractors
•    Familiarity with labor market trends, compensation benchmarking, and talent market analysis.
•    Experience leveraging LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, social media, and other sourcing platforms to identify passive candidates.
•    Experience with Greenhouse ATS.
•    Experience analyzing recruiting metrics and using data to improve hiring outcomes.

Motor/Sensory/Physical Requirements:

•    Ability to sit, stand, and work at a computer for extended periods of time, including use of a keyboard, mouse, and standard office equipment. 
•    Ability to read and interpret information displayed on computer screens, printed documents, and electronic reports. 
•    Ability to lift and carry light materials (e.g., documents, binders, or small office equipment), typically up to 15 pounds.
•    Ability to attend meetings in person or virtually, as required.
•    Ability to travel independently to client sites, including air and ground transportation. 
•    Ability to navigate airports, client facilities, and office environments, which may involve walking moderate distances. 
•    Ability to stand or walk for extended periods during client meetings, workshops, or site walkthroughs.
•    Ability to work in varying environments, including client offices, conference rooms, and controlled industrial or warehouse-adjacent spaces (as applicable).

Compensation: In accordance with pay transparency law, the expected salary range for this position is $100,000 - $110,000 annually. The actual compensation offered will be determined based on factors such as the candidate’s experience, qualifications, skills, and location. We are committed to fair and equitable compensation practices. This posted range reflects our good faith estimate of the compensation we reasonably expect to offer for this role at the time of posting.
