About your mission

As a People Business Partner Manager for the Technology area, your mission is to lead the strategic alignment between business needs and People initiatives, ensuring the delivery of impactful solutions that drive team performance, engagement, and organizational growth. You will be responsible for leading a small HRBP team (2 direct reports), acting as a key advisor to senior leadership and enabling high-impact people strategies across the technology organization.

How would you help us fulfill our mission?

  • Act as a strategic partner to Tech leadership, aligning People strategy with business objectives to support organizational growth, performance, and culture.

  • Lead, develop, and coach a team of HRBPs, ensuring alignment, consistency, and excellence in the delivery of People services and initiatives.

  • Provide guidance to managers and leaders across the full employee lifecycle, offering expert advice on workforce planning, recruitment, onboarding, performance, career development, and offboarding.

  • Champion the implementation and adoption of global People programs, tailoring them to meet the needs of the tech area.

  • Represent the voice of the business within the People team and vice versa, ensuring business needs are reflected in People strategies and initiatives.

  • Leverage data and people analytics to identify trends, guide decision-making, and define strategies to improve engagement, retention, and team performance.

  • Promote a culture of feedback, recognition, inclusion, and high performance.

  • Partner with the Rewards team to manage compensation structures and lead performance and salary review processes.

  • Provide support and coaching to managers and employees on labor relations, policy adherence, and conflict resolution.

  • Oversee the successful integration of new hires and ensure their onboarding aligns with the business and cultural goals of the organization.

  • Drive a continuous improvement mindset within the HRBP team, encouraging innovation and operational efficiency.

What we are looking for:

  • A degree or Master’s in Human Resources, Organizational Psychology, Business, or related field.

  • 5+ years of experience in HR, with at least 2 years in a leadership role managing HRBPs or similar profiles.

  • Strong background partnering with technology or product teams.

  • High level of English: at least C1.

  • Experience in fast-paced, scaling environments is highly desirable.

  • Proven ability to coach and influence at all organizational levels, including senior leadership.

  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and decision-making skills.

  • Strategic mindset with a hands-on approach and a passion for team development.
