Growth Manager

Madrid

At Cabify, we believe that a new way of urban mobility is possible. An ecosystem that makes it possible to have fewer private cars on the streets, more sustainable vehicles, and more efficient routes.

Cities whose streets are designed by and for people, not for cars. Products and services that, through sustainable and efficient mobility alternatives, generate economic, social, and environmental value.

And it’s not just that we believe in it — we work our magic to make it happen. If you share this purpose with us, keep reading because… this is the place for you!

The Growth team is looking for the right person to join us as a Global Growth Manager.

Your goal will be to support both global and local teams in defining, executing, and accelerating strategies that improve our value proposition and user retention.

🎯 Role Mission

Your mission will be to develop innovative strategies that drive the expansion of our driver community, with a strong strategic focus on driver activation and reactivation, while also helping to scale the fleet segment.

All of this with a critical eye on maximizing return on investment and driving habit and recurrence.

🛠️ How will you help us achieve our mission?

  • Design and execute strategies to increase the base of active drivers, improving acquisition, activation, and early-stage retention.

  • Optimize the entire driver funnel (sign-up, onboarding, activation, first weeks), reducing friction and minimizing new driver churn.

  • Develop, launch, and scale growth initiatives using available levers (promotions, incentives, loyalty programs, referrals), as well as creating new levers based on behavioral and data insights.

  • Contribute to the growth of the fleet segment, identifying specific needs, refining the value proposition, and designing acquisition, activation, and scaling strategies.

  • Analyze the performance of growth initiatives using key KPIs (driver CAC, activation rate, churn, cohorts, LTV, supply growth, utilization), translating data into clear, actionable insights and recommendations.

  • Design, coordinate, and execute growth experiments (A/B tests, local pilots, incentive and messaging tests), measuring impact and scalability.

  • Apply Behavioral Economics principles to identify biases in driver decision-making and design solutions that improve conversion, activation, and engagement.

  • Work cross-functionally with Product, Marketing, Operations, Data, and Legal teams to ensure end-to-end launch and execution of initiatives.

  • Collaborate closely with local teams, providing strategic recommendations, challenging investment allocation decisions, and ensuring strong execution of growth actions.

  • Scale successful initiatives across cities and markets, adapting them to local contexts while maintaining a strong focus on impact and efficiency.

🔍 What are we looking for?

  • Background: 5+ years of experience in growth, business, or strategic consulting roles, or hands-on experience in user acquisition/ retention or fleet operation.

  • Education: Degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Economics, Marketing, or similar fields.

  • Analytics: Strong comfort with data and using it for business decision-making. Experience with Excel/Sheets and Tableau; SQL is a plus but not required.

  • Decision-maker: Comfortable making decisions in ambiguous environments.

  • People management: Experience managing teams and the ability to influence multiple stakeholders.

  • Work style: Experience working in multidisciplinary squads with stakeholders from different departments, in fast-growing and constantly changing environments with tight deadlines.

  • Problem solving: Ability to tackle challenges creatively and effectively, using frameworks and data-driven insights to drive growth and engagement.

  • Multitasking: Proven ability to coordinate, prioritize, and lead multiple projects simultaneously.

  • Detail-oriented, proactive, and a strong team player, comfortable working in loosely defined environments.
  • Customer-centric: Motivated by the challenge of making our platform the best and preferred choice for drivers.

💜 What do we offer?

  • 📝 Permanent contract with a competitive salary.
  • 🏝 22 days of paid vacation per year.
