Sales Support Internship 2026

As interns, you will be able to immerse yourself in our innovative culture through meaningful, hands-on experiences. 

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented summer intern to support our Sales Support team. This is a paid, hybrid internship offering hands–on experience in process documentation, Infor SyteLine ERP administration, and Marketing functions within Cadwell. The successful candidate will work closely with cross-functional teams to improve workflows and maintain clean, accurate operational data.

Responsibilities:

  • Support data cleanup initiatives by identifying duplicate, incomplete, or outdated records within SyteLine and flagging them for correction.
  • Document step-by-step workflows for Sales Support processes (e.g., order entry, quote generation, account setup) to build out a standardized internal reference library
  • Support the marketing team with special projects such as updating sales collateral, maintaining product literature libraries, or preparing materials for trade shows and events
  • Help bridge the handoff between Marketing and Sales Support for demos and workshops by tracking outstanding action items, maintaining shared documentation, and communicating status updates across teams

What you will gain:

Minimum requirements: 

  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Must be a college student pursuing Associate's or Bachelor's degree
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; familiarity with ERP systems such as Infor SyteLine is a plus
  • Exceptional commitment to quality and productivity
  • A passion for helping people through medical technology

Physical Requirements and Working Conditions:

  • This is primarily an office-based role. Typical requirements include prolonged periods of sitting and working on a computer, finger dexterity, repetitive motions, and 2-way written and verbal communication. Visual acuity is required. More specific details may be provided as needed or requested.
  • Use of computer and various hand and electronic tools.

Pay Range:

$20/hr.
