  • Hybrid: 2-3 days per week in our Chicago, IL office 
  • Salary range $45,000 - $50,000 depending on experience, qualifications and skills

What You’ll Do at C.A. Fortune 

  • Presentation & Marketing Materials: 
    • Assist with presentation updates for business reviews, top-to-tops, and expansion meetings. 
    • Design and manage retail sell sheets for paid campaigns, ensuring they align with client strategies. 
    • Support the creation of Sell Sheets for various client needs. 
  • Client Data Management & Reporting: 
    • Pull the monthly reports for 30-40 clients and summarize findings 
    • Proactively update and manage category review calendars for select clients  
    • Track and update client-specific trackers and ensure the data aligns with Salesforce updates. 
  • Client-Specific Support: 
    • Partner with the Engagement team on top client selling priorities and translate priorities monthly  
    • Regularly update Account Responsibility lists for VIP clients, especially as client structures and teams evolve. 
    • Pull reoccurring reports and make sure all information is up to date and actionable. 
    • Assist with internal insights representation dashboard updates. 
  • Competitor Analysis: 
    • Compile and share client competitor information with the Engagement Leader on a regular cadence. 
    • Help with retail photo project quarterly, compiling photo results for Engagement leaders. 
  • Special Projects & Ad-Hoc Tasks: 
    • Own client-specific asks SharePoint organization, and more. 
    • Assist C.A. Fortune’s senior leadership with various team needs and special projects as they arise. 

What You Should Bring to the Table 

  • High energy and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. 
  • Strong organizational skills – You’ll be the go-to person for keeping everything in order! 
  • Proficiency with PowerPoint and Excel to help create compelling presentations and manage data. 
  • Proactive mindset – This role requires someone who can anticipate needs and stay ahead of the game. 
  • Attention to detail to ensure all client-specific trackers, reports, and updates are accurate and up to date. 
  • A genuine interest in the CPG industry and passion for learning more about client engagement, retail strategies, and business development. 

You Will Stand Out If You Have 

  • 0-2 years of experience within the grocery industry (internships acceptable) or 3-5 years in an administrative role 
  • Knowledge of Salesforce functionality  
  • Marketing or communications education
