- Be our go-to person for campus recruiting in Texas.
- Show up and stand out at career fairs, campus events, and info sessions.
- Screen resumes, interview candidates, and help match talent to the right roles.
- Build strong connections with universities and student organizations.
- Assist with experienced hire logistics (think scheduling, greeting, and making interviews smooth).
- Support culture-driven events and firm-wide initiatives that make work fun and meaningful.
- High school diploma required; Associate’s or Bachelor’s in HR or related field = bonus points.
- 1+ year of experience in recruiting or a related field preferred (but transferable skills count!).
- Social media savvy and comfortable with LinkedIn and networking.
- Strong communication skills – written and verbal.
- Knowledge of hiring best practices and compliance is a plus.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Self-starter with great people skills and a proactive mindset.
- Flexible schedule – some evenings/weekends for events.
- Willing to travel up to 25%, including to our Fort Worth office.
