• Be our go-to person for campus recruiting in Texas.
• Show up and stand out at career fairs, campus events, and info sessions.
• Screen resumes, interview candidates, and help match talent to the right roles.
• Build strong connections with universities and student organizations.
• Assist with experienced hire logistics (think scheduling, greeting, and making interviews smooth).
• Support culture-driven events and firm-wide initiatives that make work fun and meaningful.

• High school diploma required; Associate’s or Bachelor’s in HR or related field = bonus points.
• 1+ year of experience in recruiting or a related field preferred (but transferable skills count!).
• Social media savvy and comfortable with LinkedIn and networking.
• Strong communication skills – written and verbal.
• Knowledge of hiring best practices and compliance is a plus.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Self-starter with great people skills and a proactive mindset.
• Flexible schedule – some evenings/weekends for events.
• Willing to travel up to 25%, including to our Fort Worth office.
