About the Role
The Graphic Designer is a vital creative role responsible for developing and maintaining the firm's visual identity. This individual works as a key marketing team member, providing creative support for all brand, events, and Go to Market initiatives.
The ideal candidate is a highly skilled and detail-oriented creative professional who can translate complex concepts into compelling visual stories. This hands-on position requires a strong portfolio and a passion for building a cohesive and impactful brand presence.
Responsibilities
- Creative Production: Design and produce various marketing materials, including brochures, presentations, digital ads, social media graphics, and event signage.
- Brand & Communications: Collaborate with the Director, Brand & Communications, to ensure all visual elements are consistent with brand guidelines and contribute to a strong, unified brand voice.
- Event Support: Provide essential design support for all firm events and sponsorships, creating engaging and on-brand materials that enhance the client experience.
- Go-to-Market Support: Partner with the Go-to-Market team to create compelling visual assets for blogs, case studies, and email campaigns that drive client engagement and lead generation.
- Asset Management: Organize and maintain the firm’s library of visual assets, including photos, videos, and design files, ensuring they are easily accessible and current.
Qualifications
- Experience: At least 3-5 years of professional experience in graphic design, preferably within a professional services or B2B environment.
- Technical Skills: High proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, including InDesign, Photoshop, and Illustrator.
- Portfolio: A strong portfolio demonstrating a clear understanding of design principles and a diverse range of work.
- Education: A Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field.
- Collaboration: Exceptional ability to work collaboratively with multiple stakeholders and manage projects from concept to completion.
