We're expanding our Salesforce capabilities to better support our commercial, service, and operational teams, and we're looking for an experienced Salesforce Administrator to join our Business Intelligence team.
The Sr. Salesforce Administrator will serve as the subject matter expert for all things Salesforce within the organization. This role is critical to optimizing and scaling our Salesforce platform to support Sales, Marketing, Customer Service, and other cross-functional teams. The ideal candidate is both strategic and hands-on, with deep experience in administration, configuration, automation, and user support.
In This Role, You Will:
- Serve as the primary system administrator for the company’s Salesforce org (Sales Cloud, potentially Experience Cloud)
- Partner with various stakeholders (e.g. Commercial, Marketing, Customer Service, Legal) to gather business requirements and translate them into scalable Salesforce solutions
- Design, build, and maintain flows, validation rules, custom objects, and other declarative features
- Manage user setup, roles, profiles, permissions, and security settings
- Monitor system performance, usage, and data quality; implement improvements where needed
- Assist with system integrations and enhancements (e.g. Celigo), including third-party connected apps and internal tools (e.g., Netsuite, marketing automation, Conga)
- Provide training and support to end-users on Salesforce functionality and best practices
- Create reports and dashboards with actionable insights to functional business owners
- Collaborate with external consultants on more complex development solutions requiring Apex, Visualforce, or Lightning Web Components
- Perform other administrative tasks and assist with projects as assigned.
Who You Will Report To:
- Director, Business Intelligence
Qualifications:
- Minimum 5+ years of experience as a Salesforce Administrator
- Salesforce Administrator Certification required; Advanced Administrator certification preferred.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
- Experience with Salesforce Sales Cloud; Experience Cloud and/or Field Service Lightning is a plus
- Strong understanding of Salesforce best practices, standard functionality, and limitations
- Demonstrated experience with declarative automation tools (Flows, Process Builder, Workflow Rules)
- Familiarity with integration platforms (e.g., Celigo, Zapier) and ETL tools
- Experience working in a regulated or healthcare/life sciences environment is a strong plus
- Strong problem-solving, organization, and project management skills
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to interface with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Strong attention to detail
- Work location: Remote (US-based)
- Travel: 5% travel required
- Full-time employment position
Additional Qualifications:
- Experience with reporting tools (e.g., Tableau) and data architecture concepts.
- Background or familiarity with commercial operations in the medical device industry.
- Experience with agile methodologies and project management tools (e.g., Jira).

- Competitive base salary of $110,000 - $140,000
