As the Delivery Performance Analyst, you will play a key role in supporting the standardisation, and enablement of the way we measure delivery productivity and performance across the bank.
In this role, you will gather insights, define requirements, and ensure that the delivery performance dashboards are fit-for-purpose, scalable, and enable value creation across Products and Platforms.
To do this, you must have (1) courage to call out gaps in our ways of working and constraints to our Flow of Work i.e. “canary in the coalmine”, (2) mastery of data and insights to analyse and frame delivery performance issues i.e. “problem finding”, (3) leadership to drive solutions at multiple levels, and (4) bias for action to take ownership and accountability of execution Strategy*
- • Analyse product delivery processes, identify opportunities, and generate actionable insights through data storytelling.
- • Work with stakeholders to validate needs, refine requirements, and incorporate feedback into backlog items.
Business*
- • Prepare insights and materials that provide visibility on transformation activities and outcomes to senior stakeholders.
- • Partner with Delivery Coaches to ensure that guidance and enablement materials meet business needs and maturity levels.
Processes* • Implement and manage data dashboards and reports to monitor delivery risks, issues, and performance metrics across Hives, Squads, and Programs. • Analyse delivery data to identify trends, patterns, and potential areas of improvement, proactively raising concerns and opportunities to stakeholders.
Governance* • Speak up and proactively flag gaps and deviations to the key principles, Change Delivery Standards and Change Delivery Model as a Product Delivery organization, and steer execution of improvement plans to address them
