Responsibilities and Impact:

• Develop Python-based automation scripts and tools to eliminate manual processes across various business units 
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements, understand workflows, and identify automation opportunities 
• Maintain and enhance existing automation solutions to ensure reliability and scalability 
• Document processes and solutions clearly for both technical and non-technical audiences 
• Work with the broader technology team to integrate automation tools into enterprise systems where applicable 

Our future colleague has these skills:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field 
• 1–3 years of experience in software development or process automation 
• Proficiency in Python, with experience using libraries such as Pandas, Requests, or Selenium 
• Familiarity with SQL and working with relational databases 
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail 
• Effective communication skills and a collaborative mindset 
• Experience with REST APIs and scripting for data integration  

Bonus Skills:

• Experience with workflow automation tools (e.g., Airflow, Zapier, UiPath) 
• Exposure to financial services or working with financial data
