Responsibilities and Impact:
- Develop Python-based automation scripts and tools to eliminate manual processes across various business units
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements, understand workflows, and identify automation opportunities
- Maintain and enhance existing automation solutions to ensure reliability and scalability
- Document processes and solutions clearly for both technical and non-technical audiences
- Work with the broader technology team to integrate automation tools into enterprise systems where applicable
Our future colleague has these skills:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
- 1–3 years of experience in software development or process automation
- Proficiency in Python, with experience using libraries such as Pandas, Requests, or Selenium
- Familiarity with SQL and working with relational databases
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Effective communication skills and a collaborative mindset
- Experience with REST APIs and scripting for data integration
Bonus Skills:
- Experience with workflow automation tools (e.g., Airflow, Zapier, UiPath)
- Exposure to financial services or working with financial data
