EMPLOYMENT TYPE: Full-Time, Exempt Employee

At Career Team, our mission is to empower one person, start one career and serve one family at a time. We do this through innovative software solutions and high-touch services. As a Senior Project Manager, you’ll lead complex, enterprise-level client implementations and internal initiatives from concept through delivery. You'll be driving strategic alignment with stakeholders, setting clear expectations, directing cross-functional teams, removing roadblocks, and ensuring successful delivery of high-impact solutions within scope, on time, and with exceptional quality.

This involves:

  • Building strong, executive-level client relationships and serving as the strategic point of contact throughout the project lifecycle
  • Leading discovery and alignment sessions to clarify scope, business outcomes, success metrics, and risks across multiple stakeholders
  • Translating business objectives into delivery roadmaps, milestones, and measurable outcomes for internal teams
  • Providing strategic guidance on implementation trade-offs, timelines, resource allocation, and long-term scalability decisions
  • Overseeing cross-functional collaboration with Project Managers, Business Analysts, Solutions Architects, and Engineering Leads to drive high-quality execution
  • Identifying delivery risks early, developing mitigation strategies, and making informed decisions to keep projects on track without requiring escalation for routine challenges
  • Advocating for scalable delivery practices and continuous improvement in processes, communication, and stakeholder engagement
  • Guiding UAT planning from a delivery and business-readiness perspective, ensuring testing aligns with client outcomes and go-live readiness
  • Ensuring organizational readiness by supporting development of rollout plans, client training strategies, and long-term adoption success
  • Leading high-level discussions on data migration readiness, timeline impacts, and cross-team dependencies without engaging in technical execution
  • Making independent decisions regarding project direction, scope trade-offs, escalation thresholds, and stakeholder alignment, with significant autonomy
  • Evaluating multiple paths forward, balancing client objectives against delivery constraints, and recommending the best course of action for long-term success
  • Directly influencing client satisfaction, organizational credibility, and long-term account growth through strong project outcomes

The ideal candidate is highly strategic, thrives in ambiguity, and excels at influencing both internal teams and external executives.  A seasoned leader who can navigate competing priorities, build meaningful client relationships, manage risk, and empower teams to succeed will bring a calm, confident presence and will be energized by delivering outcomes that drive measurable client and organizational success.

The role requires someone with deep experience leading large-scale, multi-phase technology or service delivery projects. You must be comfortable overseeing multiple project streams, managing senior-level stakeholders, guiding project managers and project teams, and making decisions that balance urgency with long-term vision. A successful candidate has a track record of delivering complex projects while upholding quality, innovation, and client satisfaction.

Form CC-305

OMB Control Number 1250-0005
Expires 04/30/2026

Why are you being asked to complete this form?

We are a federal contractor or subcontractor. The law requires us to provide equal employment opportunity to qualified people with disabilities. We have a goal of having at least 7% of our workers as people with disabilities. The law says we must measure our progress towards this goal. To do this, we must ask applicants and employees if they have a disability or have ever had one. People can become disabled, so we need to ask this question at least every five years.

Completing this form is voluntary, and we hope that you will choose to do so. Your answer is confidential. No one who makes hiring decisions will see it. Your decision to complete the form and your answer will not harm you in any way. If you want to learn more about the law or this form, visit the U.S. Department of Labor’s Office of Federal Contract Compliance Programs (OFCCP) website at www.dol.gov/ofccp.
