As an implementations specialist on the Alt Assets team, you’ll work to build strong relationships with our LLC and PE-backed customers, deliver best-in-class service to our customers, and be the voice of our customers to our product partners. You’ll also:

  • Effectively manage complex projects from inception to completion
  • Implement multi-phased projects and apply project management best practices. 
  • Understand complex equity structures and represent them on the platform
  • Deliver white-glove customer service while fostering meaningful relationships with our clients to ensure that they get maximum value from our software
  • Manage complex datasets with high integrity
  • Train clients on how to use Carta LLC Software.
  • Continuously look for ways to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of the on-boarding process
  • Serve as a technical product expert to respond to queries from clients, the business and other internal departments, collaborating with Engineering, Product, and Developer teams when necessary
  • Identify, recommend, test, and implement operational procedure improvements and take on additional projects to drive product improvement, engages with product teams as necessary
  • Contribute to the ongoing learning and success of the team/company by sharing knowledge through mentorship, collaboration, and thorough documentation

The Team You’ll Work With

We founded Carta LLC in 2019 with a mission to expand Carta’s total addressable market and acquire more nodes in the ownership graph outside Venture.

Carta LLC is Carta’s first step into alternative assets including Private Equity, Real Estate, Professional Services Organizations, Roll-ups, and other non-tech operating companies. To do this, Carta LLC must support the disparate equity structures, heavier reliance on documents, and multi-entity structures we see in these companies.

The Implementations team is responsible for onboarding LLCs or PE-backed companies onto the Carta platform. The team utilizes their advanced equity knowledge with exceptional client and project management skills to onboard companies and their data on the Carta platform.

About You:

  • You have a demonstrated ability to solve ambiguous problems and offer creative solutions to meet customer needs. You possess a helpful and professional attitude and can exhibit diplomacy, tact, and poise under pressure when working through customer issues
  • You care deeply, genuinely, and passionately about client services. You have great people skills and a high degree of empathy
  • You are proficient in Excel and have experience with CRMs (Preferably: Salesforce)
  • You are able to quickly learn and understand our SaaS platform configuration and troubleshoot system issues
  • You have strong project management skills-must be able to manage multiple onboarding projects (40+) at a time, while providing timely follow up to clients. You are highly organized and can manage a group of C-Suite clients.
  • You are familiar or will become familiar with Private Equity, Capitalization and LLC
  • Knowledge of finance and accounting is a plusExperience learning new technologies, platforms, and systems is a also plus
