Senior Flutter Engineer
Casechek is a fast growing health tech startup working with some of the biggest health systems in the US.
We're looking for a Sr. Flutter Engineer who enjoys solving market problems and has a passion for new technologies. In this role, you will be using modern cloud-based technologies to build a solution that automates and provides transparency to a complex supply chain. What you’ll be doing
Innovating the implant supply chain by building best of breed mobile and web products
Collaborating with internal teams on technical designs and the best approach to meet client and organization needs
Breaking down product goals by architecting solutions and defining work into smaller deliverables
Designing, developing and deploying modular cloud-based systems.
Ensuring our solutions are responsive, scalable, and robust
Ensuring cross-platform optimization for mobile devices
Staying up-to-date with new technologies and software development practices
Working in an agile environment with scrum methodologies
What we look for in you
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or related field
3-5 years experience developing and delivering Flutter based apps commercially
Good understanding of state management and app architecture in Flutter
Experience building performant, scalable solutions
Familiarity with common programming design patterns and best practices
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
We’ll invest in you but here are some nice to have skills:
Experience developing mobile apps natively in iOS and/or Android
Experience interacting with and developing RESTful APIs

Head of Marketing
Casechek is on a mission to innovate the implant supply chain and bring greater transparency to the cost of patient care. From procurement to payment, Casechek automates workflows for vendor-supported surgical procedures. Our emergent Bill-Only solution provides a comprehensive system of record for hospitals and health systems to manage the complexity of surgical cases with implantable medical devices, expose hidden expenses, and surface revenue opportunities.
We are seeking a Head of Marketing to own Casechek’s end-to-end marketing strategy—driving demand generation, brand, communications, and product marketing. Reporting directly to the Chief Commercial Officer (CCO) and partnering closely with Product Management and the broader Commercial teams, this leader will shape positioning, messaging, and go-to-market strategy while ensuring a deep understanding of customer needs and buying preferences.
This role requires a passionate, creative thinker with experience bringing SaaS platforms to market, a proven ability to deliver measurable results, and a fierce desire to solve complex problems in healthcare.

Responsibilities
Integrated Marketing & Product Marketing
Own the development and execution of annual integrated marketing plans spanning brand, demand generation, digital, events, and product marketing initiatives.
Drive product marketing strategy, including content creation, sales enablement, voice-of-customer research, and market analysis.
Develop ongoing commercialization plans to ensure growth of new and existing solutions.
Team Leadership & Growth
Lead, mentor, and grow the current marketing team, building a culture of accountability and innovation.
Develop talent to scale a small but high-impact department, aligning team structure and roles with company growth.
Value Proposition & Messaging
Create and maintain messaging frameworks and solution playbooks to define product value, guide client-facing assets, and reinforce Casechek’s brand story.
Market Intelligence
Stay ahead of industry trends and competitive developments.
Conduct and synthesize voice-of-customer research to inform product and portfolio decisions and identify market opportunities.
Campaigns & Content
Oversee Sr. Marketing Specialist and broader team to deliver high-impact content and multi-channel campaigns that drive measurable pipeline growth.
Sales Enablement
Develop and execute a sales-enablement strategy to communicate value propositions and economic benefits to the Commercial team and market.
Strategic Leadership
Manage marketing budget, set performance metrics, and report results to executive leadership.
Partner with Product and Commercial teams to translate market insights into product requirements and successful launches.
Requirements
10+ years of progressive B2B SaaS marketing experience, including significant product-marketing leadership and broader marketing team management.
Demonstrated experience leading, coaching, and scaling small marketing teams or departments in a high-growth environment.
Proven track record driving measurable pipeline and revenue growth through integrated marketing programs.
Experience collaborating with and presenting to senior executives and boards.
Healthcare supply chain experience strongly preferred; knowledge of OR/Clinical Assets/Medical Devices a plus.
Proficiency with CRM and marketing automation platforms (Salesforce and Pardot preferred).
Strong analytical skills in Excel and exceptional presentation skills in PowerPoint.
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field (MBA preferred).

Regional Vice President, Business Development

Our Regional Vice President of Business Development will serve as an individual contributor and will be responsible for driving new customer acquisitions with Regional Hospitals, Health Systems, and IDN’s. This role will also work with Customer Success/Account Management to cross sell Casechek’s Payment solution to an existing customer base currently utilizing Casechek’s Procurement solution for vendor tray management and surgical case coordination. The RVP will own the strategy and development of new customer relationships in generating incremental contracted revenue in the given territory.

Responsibilities
Develop and implement territory strategy and associated tactics within an assigned region to penetrate new accounts and create opportunities for Casechek.
Execute sales activities to create revenue opportunities with new and existing Hospitals and Health Systems.
Build opportunity pipelines and develop high level relationships with key decision makers and executives within target and assigned accounts.
Develop account plans with existing Casechek customers to identify and manage cross sell opportunities.
Conduct opportunity assessments for all accounts and work cross functionally with relevant team members to set the foundation for economic value.
Proactively develop and expand networks to generate opportunities.
Uncover Hospital and Health Systems challenges, strategies, and priorities and articulate how Casechek will help address those needs.
Document and understand Hospital operational processes, including buying cycles, decision criteria as well as their current and future needs.
Articulate ROI and the value of Casechek’s solution in context with customer use cases.
Execute business case with accounts, detailing support and contractual requirements, opportunities, expansion strategies, required resources, decision makers and influencers, and other insights to drive to closure.
Requirements
7+ years of new account sales experience involving SaaS and healthcare related software or tech enabled services within a complex sales ecosystem.
Experience selling healthcare software into Health Systems.
Demonstrated track record of consultative selling ability at the C-suite level.
Proven track record of consistent new business growth.
Strong executive level negotiation skills including contracting and re-contracting.
Ability to communicate and influence at all organizational levels.
Strong interpersonal, time management, and presentation skills.
Ability to travel within the assigned territory to support sales objectives.
Bachelor's Degree.
