As a Sourcing Officer at CASETiFY, you will support the end-to-end sourcing process for tech accessories and lifestyle products, and also need support for Casetify global retail stores standard products sourcing and procurement. You will be responsible for executing sourcing tasks, coordinating with suppliers, inputting accurate data into the ERP system, and working closely with cross-functional teams to ensure product development and order execution run smoothly. This position is critical for maintaining operational accuracy, cost effectiveness, and sourcing timelines across multiple projects.

Job Description

Execute daily sourcing tasks including RFQ coordination, sample follow-up, and order tracking.
Support the Sourcing Manager in identifying and evaluating qualified suppliers.
Assist in price comparison, cost breakdown analysis, and negotiation follow-up.
Communicate with suppliers to collect quotes, lead times, technical documentation, and order details.
Collaborate with Product Development, Quality, and Project Management teams to ensure timely sampling and production schedules.
Maintain and input accurate sourcing-related data in the ERP system, including supplier master data, price updates, delivery dates, and project status.
Follow up on production progress and assist in resolving delivery issues to meet shipment schedules.
Support documentation such as NDA filing, audit requests, and sourcing reports.
Help track and update supplier performance based on pricing, quality, delivery, and service responsiveness.

Requirement

3+ years of experience in tech accessories sourcing, procurement, or supply chain roles. Besides, this position needs support for Casetify retail stores standard products sourcing,procurement and data input at the company ERP system.
Good knowledge of tech accessories and lifestyle products industry, sourcing processes, supplier negotiation and production follow-up.
Good understanding of supplier coordination and sourcing workflows.
Proficient in office software; experience with ERP systems (e.g., Oracle, SAP, Kingdee, or others) will be a plus.
Good communication and coordination skills to work with internal teams and external suppliers.
Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy and organizational skills.
Strong written and verbal communication skills in both English and Chinese;
A strong team player with a problem-solving mindset and willingness to take ownership of tasks.
