Growth Marketing Intern (Shenzhen)

Purpose of Position
- We are seeking a Growth Marketing Intern to join our Growth Marketing team. As the ideal candidate, you will demonstrate a passion for maximizing your own learning outcomes during the internship. In this position, you will be on the front lines of our advertising operations, ensuring our performance marketing campaigns run flawlessly during this transition.
Job Description
- Asset Management: Upload new creative assets and update internal database and audience lists for our campaigns, ensuring accuracy.
- Creatives output: Edit video assets and produce image creatives to support performance advertising campaigns (Meta, TikTok, etc.). Organise creative performance data, helping to identify trends and guide creative iteration and optimisation.
- Campaign Execution: Manually build, set up, and launch new campaigns and ad sets in Meta Ads Manager across multiple global markets.
- Data & Reporting: Pull daily and weekly performance data directly from ad platforms and compile it into reports for the senior marketing team.Quality Assurance: Conduct rigorous QA checks on all live ads to ensure links, copy, and creative are correct.
Requirement
- Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business, Statistics, or a related field.
- Previous experience with the performance advertisement operation is a huge plus.
- Excellent command of spoken and written Chinese & English.
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office and Google Workspace.
- Proficient in CapCut, Photoshop, and other content creation tools.
- Strong sense of aesthetics, with a keen eye for beauty, design, phone accessories, and fashion trends.
- Excellent time management skills, able to deliver multiple tasks punctually and efficiently.
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and as part of a team, and willing to learn in a fast-paced environment.
