
Director, Talent and Onboarding
Overview: The Director of Talent Acquisition and Onboarding is responsible for managing and mentoring a remote team of Talent Acquisition Professionals and Onboarding Partners. The focus of this role will be on the entire employee talent acquisition journey including the strategy and execution for attracting top external talent, the development and implementation of recruiting best practices to manage the talent needs of the organization, and the full lifecycle of new hire onboarding and engagement. This position reports to the SVP, HR.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Talent Acquisition
- Coach and mentor a growing remote-based Talent Acquisition Team.
- Manage team workloads to ensure fair and equitable requisition distribution and reassigning as necessary.
- Design and implement sourcing strategies that drive high volume, targeted candidate pipelines.
- Constantly evaluating recruiting efforts to improve talent brought into the company.
- Evaluate effectiveness of tools and recommend new solutions.
- Drive results while exceeding business and talent expectations.
- Proven experience in developing relationships with outside staffing vendors.
- Build strong relationships with leadership to create a partnership that drives results.
- Provide guidance and counsel to hiring managers and senior leadership.
Onboarding
- Lead and manage employee onboarding and engagement strategy, operations and staff, including tracking of provisioning and credentialing, new hire processing and organization-wide communications for multiple ComplexCare Solutions Business Units.
- Identify, document, implement, and design effective programs and process flows to maximize speed of new employee onboarding and process efficiencies to drive smooth transitions and positive new hire experiences.
- In partnership with other HR functional leaders, review, revise, propose, document and implement strategies that impact new and transitioning associates/employees in support of the employee life cycle and the overall employee experience.
- Develop and deliver strategies, aligned with the employee experience, in support of employment pre-screening through the first 30 days of employment to impact the employee experience.
- Partner with Talent Acquisition teams (Corporate and Field) to identify strategies and programs to attract and retain talent.
- Collaborate with relevant stakeholders, HR leaders, Talent Acquisition and other organizational leaders to create relevant communications, associated with HR programs, that will impact the overall employee experience.
- Partner with HRIS and Technology functions to influence the use of technology to impact the new, transitioning and tenured associate/employee experience.
- Collaborate with leadership, management, HR, and Legal & Compliance to identify requirements that need to be addressed before hire and within the first 30 days of employment, which reduce organizational risk, but do not negatively impact the associate/employee experience.

- Maintain compliance with ComplexCare Solutions’ policies, procedures and mission statement.
- Adhere to all confidentiality and HIPAA requirements as outlined within ComplexCare Solutions’ Operating Policies and Procedures in all ways and at all times with respect to any aspect of the data handled or services rendered in the undertaking of the position.
- Fulfill those responsibilities and/or duties that may be reasonably provided by ComplexCare Solutions for the purpose of achieving operational and financial success of the Employer.

Job Requirements:
- Minimum of 10 years of full cycle recruiting experience with 3 years in Healthcare Recruitment preferred.
- Minimum of 4 years of Talent Acquisition Management and Onboarding experience, preferably remote based.
- Broad experience in talent acquisition, employee engagement, and/or onboarding background, preferably in a mid to large-sized organization.
- Proven experience working in high volume recruitment - Exceptional written and verbal skills.
- Effective communicator with all levels within the company.
- Ability to work in fast paced ever changing environment.
- Able to handle multiple priorities.
- Experience managing against metrics.
- Experience in advance advanced internet recruiting/sourcing, i.e. LinkedIn Recruiter.
- Familiar with utilizing applicant tracking systems, preferably iCIMS or Greenhouse.
Education:
- Bachelor’s degree required.
Physical Demands and Work Environment:
- Sedentary work (i.e. sitting for long periods of time).
- Exerting up to 10 pounds of force occasionally and/or negligible amount of force.
- Frequently or constantly to lift, carry push, pull or otherwise move objects and repetitive motions.
- Subject to inside environmental conditions.
- Travel for this position will include less than 5% locally usually for training purposes.

In addition to the base compensation, this position may be eligible for performance-based incentives.
The actual base pay offered may vary depending on multiple factors including, but not limited to, job-related knowledge/skills, experience, business needs, geographical location, and internal equity. At ComplexCare Solutions, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top end of the range for their role, and compensation decisions are dependent upon the facts and circumstances of each position and candidate.
Base Compensation Range
$149,100 - $175,000 USD
