The Regional Vice President of Health Partnerships will be responsible for developing and executing strategic initiatives that expand Ceribell’s network of partnerships with healthcare providers, payors, and community organizations within the region. This leadership role will drive business development efforts, facilitate relationship management, and ensure the alignment of strategic goals with regional healthcare priorities.
This is a field based role which requires significant travel.
What you’ll do:
Strategic Leadership:
- Develop and implement a regional strategy to build strong partnerships with healthcare organizations, ensuring alignment with Ceribell’s mission and goals.
- Identify and pursue new business development opportunities to enhance Ceribell’s market presence and influence.
Relationship Management:
- Cultivate and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including healthcare executives, providers, and community organizations.
- Serve as a primary point of contact for regional partners, addressing their needs and challenges effectively.
Collaboration and Advocacy:
- Collaborate with internal teams to design and deliver innovative solutions tailored to partner needs and regional health initiatives.
- Advocate for Ceribell’s initiatives and represent the organization at regional meetings, conferences, and networking events.
Performance Monitoring and Reporting:
- Establish metrics to assess the success of partnerships and overall regional strategy implementation.
- Provide regular updates to senior leadership regarding progress, challenges, and opportunities in health partnerships.
Team Leadership:
- Lead and mentor a regional team dedicated to partnership development and support, fostering a culture of collaboration and excellence.
What you’ll need to be successful:

- Bachelor’s degree in healthcare administration, business, public health, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in healthcare partnerships (ideally in medical devices), business development, or related roles, with at least 5 years in a leadership capacity.
- Strong understanding of the healthcare landscape and trends, including regulatory and reimbursement issues.
- Proven ability to develop and cultivate relationships with diverse stakeholders.
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to think strategically and execute tactically in a fast-paced environment.
A candidate’s final salary offer will be based on their skills, education, work location and experience, and thus it may differ from the posted range. Compensation may also include bonuses consistent with Ceribell’s corporate compensation plan.
