Position Overview:
The Associate Director of Training will train, present, and help build a world-class Commercial Training and Leadership Development programs, Employee Engagement initiatives, and ingrain Ceribell Cultural Tenets throughout the organization.
What you'll do:
- Work closely with multiple internal key stakeholders inside and outside the Ceribell commercial organization to ensure strategic alignment and appropriate integration of tactics into all learning & development/training programs.
- Assist in developing new hire learning & development/training programs and curriculum for all commercial team members.
- Assist in developing advanced learning & development/training programs for all commercial team members that differentiate Ceribell.
- Co-lead learning reinforcement and measurement efforts to determine impact across the commercial organization.
- Establish and implement key metrics to track and communicate the level of value and impact of learning & development initiatives to all stakeholders
- Ensure budgets and schedules meet corporate requirements.
- Responsible for ensuring all learning & development/training materials incorporate all appropriate regulatory and legal compliance guidance and approvals.
What We're Looking For:
- 5+ years of previous medical sales and commercial sales training experience with a strong knowledge and deep understanding of the medical device industry and broader trends in the healthcare landscape.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales quotas
- Successful product launch experience.
- Experience delivering commercial training and leadership development programs virtually and in person.
- Strong negotiation and influencing skills; demonstrated ability to manage business relationships with external strategic partners effectively.
- Highly professional demeanor to effectively interact with senior internal leaders and external stakeholders.
- Ability to be flexible regarding schedule and work projects.
- Comfortable with self-motivating, taking ownership, and delivering results in a challenging environment with high ambiguity.
- Strong Microsoft Office skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Project, etc.) and Google suite experience.
- Strong people/interpersonal skills.
- Ability to influence, collaborate and interact effectively with the Management Team and multiple key stakeholders to align on objectives and provide consistent learning & development/training direction.
- Demonstrated excellence in project management and effectively managing multiple projects/priorities, including budgeting and actual spending against budget.
- Excellent organization, communication, and team orientation skills.
- Ability to influence and guide others; ability to work effectively and lead in teams.
- Travel up to twice per quarter is required for training delivery and leadership meetings.
Compensation Range
$165,000 - $180,000 USD
A candidate’s final salary offer will be based on their skills, education, work location and experience, and thus it may differ from the posted range. Compensation may also include bonuses consistent with Ceribell’s corporate compensation plan.
