About the Role
The Facilities Attendant plays a vital role in creating an exceptional club experience through meticulous attention to cleanliness, comfort, and presentation. This position combines the care of housekeeping with the skill of light maintenance, ensuring that every corner of the club reflects a sense of quality, warmth, and professionalism that members expect.
Responsibilities
- Maintain pristine condition and appearance of all club spaces, including dining rooms, restrooms, and event area.
- Execute light repairs such as touch-up painting, fixture replacement, and minor plumbing or carpentry to uphold luxury standards.
- Support event preparations by assisting with room setups, furnishings, and décor adjustments that enhance the guest experience.
- Proactively observe and report facility needs, ensuring swift attention to any maintenance or presentation concerns.
- Manage cleaning and maintenance supplies with care and organization, promoting sustainability and efficiency.
- Collaborate closely with housekeeping, concierge, and operations teams to support seamless member service throughout the day.
- Uphold a polished and professional presence, engaging courteously with members when visible on the floor.
Experience & Skills
- 2+ years of experience in housekeeping or facility maintenance, ideally in a high-end hospitality or club environment.
- Availability for flexible scheduling, including evenings or weekends as needed.
- Competence in basic mechanical, electrical, and plumbing repairs.
Qualities & Preferences
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- Strong attention to detail with a member-first approach to service and presentation.
