
Multimedia Designer and Video Editor
Full-Time | On-Site – Brea, CA
We're seeking a talented creative professional who excels in graphic design and video production. This role requires genuine expertise in both static and video, i.e., someone who's equally comfortable creating a brand campaign as they are editing a promotional video. You'll develop comprehensive creative solutions spanning print, digital, and video content across our diverse brand portfolio. This position is perfect for an experienced creative who loves the variety and challenge of switching between design projects and video production, bringing fresh energy to every project.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute creative concepts for print, digital, and video campaigns, including email, OOH, web/social media videos, and TV.
- Create engaging video content ranging from short-form digital media to longer promotional pieces.
- Edit raw footage, add graphics, animations, and sound design to produce polished final videos.
- Design compelling visual assets, develop layouts, select typography, and integrate brand elements to create polished final deliverables.
- Engage in creative reviews and implement constructive feedback across both design and video projects.
- Maintain organized files and project archives for seamless team collaboration.
- Manage creative versioning across our portfolio of brands for both static and video assets.
- Maintain brand consistency across all projects and ensure all materials adhere to brand guidelines.
- Stay current with design and video trends, tools, and technologies to bring fresh ideas to the table.
- Optimize content for various platforms and formats (Instagram Stories, TikTok, YouTube, etc.).
Qualifications:
- 3+ years in a creative agency or internal creative team with a strong portfolio showcasing digital, print, and video work
- 3+ years of hands-on experience with Adobe Creative Suite including both design and video editing/motion graphic experience (Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator, Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, Adobe After Effects,etc.)
- Eagerness to learn and adapt to new creative challenges
- Passion for design, video storytelling, creativity and technology
- A deep attention to detail and a dedication to proper delivery across all media types
- Quick to adapt through proactive problem solving, work with a sense of urgency
- Understanding of video formats, compression, and platform-specific requirements
