Team Overview:

Mission Engineering at CHAOS turns threat and CONEMP-informed simulation output into product engineering and customer requirement guidance. We run large-scale modeling and simulation campaigns across all warfighting domains and the full kill chain, against named threats, in operationally relevant scenarios, at the speed engineering, operational, and customer teams actually need. Every CHAOS engineering trade, pursuit, and customer engagement is anchored in rigorous, physics-based, statistically valid analysis founded on threat and blue-force concepts of operation, and we're scaling the function to meet that bar across a growing product portfolio.

  • Partner with the capture team to develop comprehensive capture plans at the strategic (pipeline-wide) and tactical (opportunity-specific) levels that align with business priorities and growth targets.
  • Develop strategic messaging (“win themes”) for both customer engagements and proposals.
