The Delivery team builds and maintains a suite of software that helps restaurants manage their deliveries.
What you’ll do
- You will drive the roadmap and strategic direction for our Delivery team, this includes:
- Owning product lines for internal partners that look to manage their own delivery couriers, including routes, dispatch management, and intelligent fulfillment & routing.
- Defining and productizing B2B products in the delivery space, including many of the suite of software above.
- Extending our delivery products to support new product channels reliant on courier delivery - specifically Office & hub-based batched deliveries.
- Owning the roadmap and direction of our 3rd Party Logistics Marketplace product. You will develop a full understanding of the customer journey to identify opportunities for streamlined workflows and improved product experiences.
- You will work closely with engineering, design, marketing, international operations team, and sales to ensure the highest business impact is measured and achieved with the above programs.
What we’re looking for
- You have 5+ years of experience in product management or relevant experience.
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Design, Marketing or related field.
- You have experience owning products throughout their entire lifecycle, from inception to development, scale and sustaining.
- Logistics, ecommerce, fulfillment experience a plus.
- You have experience working alongside engineering and design teams to create, develop and maintain durable products that satisfy customer needs.
- Experience with product road mapping and go-to-market planning - with strong leadership and execution skills.
- Data driven decision making with experience in SQL.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills; able to summarize technical topics for executive audiences.
