At City Storage Systems, we're building Infrastructure for Better Food. We help restaurateurs around the world succeed in online food delivery. Our goal is to make food more affordable, higher quality and convenient for everyone. We're changing the game for restaurateurs, whether they’re entrepreneurs opening their first restaurant all the way through to your favorite global quick-service restaurant chains.

What you’ll  do

  •  Android Software Engineers to build elegant products on world-class technologies that bring our experience to millions of restaurateurs, anytime and anywhere.
  • You will develop payment and check out experience across multiple apps leading and/or contributing to projects that impact and drive business success.
  • Actively own features or systems and define their long-term health, keeping scalability at the forefront of technical designs.
  • Assist our skilled operations and business teams in triaging and resolving production issues.
  • Collaborate with Product Managers, Designers, and Engineers to conceptualize and build new features for our growing customer base.
  • Improve our engineering standards, tooling, and processes.

 

What we’re looking for

  • You have 7+ years of experience developing large-scale Kotlin Android applications
  • You have experience creating and maintaining Android applications, developing new features, debugging existing code, and ensuring the applications are optimized for the best user experience.
  • You are familiar with RESTful APIs to connect Android applications to back-end services.
  • You have strong communication, analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
  • You have a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Software Development, or a related field.
  • A love for good food.
