What you'll do
We're looking for a Growth Marketing Developer. This role sits at the intersection of web development and paid media performance. As our Growth Marketing Engineer, you will own the technical layer that connects our digital experiences to our advertising engine — from pixel-perfect landing pages to robust API integrations with Meta, Google, and LinkedIn.
Primary Responsibilities:
-
Web & Frontend Development: Design, build, and maintain high-converting landing pages and campaign microsites, following best practices for performance and SEO. Customize front-end layers using HTML, CSS, and Javascript.
-
Performance Engineering & Tracking: Architect and deploy tag management solutions (GTM) and conversion signals. Implement and audit tracking across web properties, including Meta Pixel, Google Ads tags, and LinkedIn Insight Tag.
-
Data Connectivity & API Integrations: Build and maintain custom API integrations between internal systems, our Data Warehouse, and Hubspot to automate audience uploads and conversion signals.
-
Data Transformation: Use SQL to source and transform data from our Data Warehouse, feeding it into marketing platforms and CRM workflows.
-
AI-Driven Automation: Leverage AI tools and LLMs to rapidly build and deploy automation scripts. Use N8N to optimize media machine operations and automate manual tasks.
-
Collaboration: Partner with Design and Paid Media teams to ship A/B tests, personalization experiments, and conversion-rate optimization (CRO) initiatives at speed.
Who you are
“We’re looking for someone who meets the minimum requirements to be considered for the role. The preferred qualifications are a bonus, not a requirement.”
Must haves:
-
3+ years of experience in a technical role bridging web development and marketing technology (agency, startup, or in-house growth team).
-
Working proficiency in English and the local language (Spanish or Portuguese).
-
Frontend proficiency in HTML, CSS, and Javascript, with a focus on building fast, beautiful landing pages.
-
MarTech expertise: Deep understanding of pixels, attribution, events, and audiences.
-
Experience sourcing and transforming data with SQL.
-
Proficiency in Google Tag Manager and managing data flows within a CRM (experience with Hubspot is a major plus).
-
API-savvy: Experience connecting systems via REST APIs and reading technical documentation.
-
AI-First Mindset: Proven interest in using AI tools to multiply output—writing, refactoring, and deploying scripts at high velocity.
-
Adaptability to fast-changing environments and a resourceful, problem-solving approach.
Nice to haves:
-
Experience with Marketing Mix Modeling (MMM) or media measurement frameworks.
-
Familiarity with Databricks, n8n, or data pipeline tooling.
-
Prior work in fintech, lending, or B2B SaaS growth environments.
-
A good sense of humor.

Clara’s Hybrid Policy
Claridians in a hybrid mode split their time between working from the office, talking to or visiting customers, or working from home. This hits a balance between bringing people together for in-person collaboration and learning from each other, while supporting flexibility about how to do this in a way that makes sense for each individual and team.
We don't enforce a minimum number of days for most roles, but you're expected to spend time at the office organically, and be at the office most days during your ramp-up or when required by your leader.
