Who We're Looking For - Marketing Analytics Intern
Clearlink is looking for a Marketing Analytics Intern to help us meet the growing demands for data across our organization. The main focus of this role will be to build phenomenal data experiences for our end-users by using the tools provided in Looker/Looker Studio, AWS, Google Marketing Platform and more. This position will have tremendous exposure to teams all over the business, including groups like Data Engineering and Data Science/Analytics, and Marketing. We are looking for someone with a passion for both business operations and technology that can serve as a bridge between those groups here at Clearlink.
The Impact You Will Make:
- Learn the ins-and-outs of Clearlink’s business operations as well as its data pipelines
- Be a primary owner of data models and business metrics in Looker
- Work alongside other developers to build content like Looks and Dashboards in Looker
- Be an advocate for the democratization of data
- Provide great experiences for our internal customers of reporting and data.
- Offer proactive suggestions to improve the overall data/reporting environment at Clearlink
- Work closely with collaborators to understand data needs and facilitate solutions
- Write sophisticated SQL statements to extract complex data sets from our data warehouse
- Help users to access and understand the data and metrics in the data warehouse through multiple outlets
- Work with data engineering/data warehouse team in making valuable contributions to data quality
What You Bring:
- Exposure to Google Marketing platform (GA/GTM, etc) or similar tools is required
- Passion for modeling and delivering relevant and timely data to business leaders
- Desire to push the boundaries and build a comprehensive solution for data needs
- Superb communication skills for working directly with teammates and customers
- Outstanding business acumen to relate the data you work with to the actual business operations
- SQL proficiency is required (we will not be teaching SQL basics but will certainly work with you to master them)
- BI Tool experience is required, and Looker/Looker Studio experience is a big plus
- Marketing Analytics experience is a big plus, especially familiarity with funnel data for optimizing acquisition channels and website experiences
