Associate Program Coordinator - Advocacy and Referrals (Remote)

We need to find the best talent in the world. That's why we're on the search for a superstar Program Coordinator - Advocacy and Referrals (REMOTE).

As a Program Coordinator - Advocacy and Referrals (REMOTE) your primary focus will be the administration and E2E management of the company’s advocacy program with key strategic partners in the hospitality industry and beyond. For this program, our partners include influential consultants, industry advisors in hospitality, educators, and other influencers. This position requires a highly organized, detail-oriented individual with excellent communication skills. The successful candidate will be part of our partnerships team and will collaborate closely with many internal stakeholders including leadership, sales, events, and marketing.

Location: Remote - Europe

What You Will Do:

  • Administer the enrollment and engagement of our global advocacy program, communicating with advocated as needed and tracking progress against goals and objectives. Report progress to stakeholders;
  • Develop and implement strategies to maximize the effectiveness of the advocacy program and coordinate program activities to align with strategic goals and timelines;
  • Administer the advocacy program, including managing our partner management platform (Magentrix), streamlining referral contract processes, creating dashboards to track metrics, automating referral payouts and credits, etc.;
  • Prepare and disseminate program-related communications and material both with internal and external stakeholders;
  • Collect, organize and analyze program data to track progress and outcomes;
  • Organize and coordinate meetings, workshops, and events with stakeholders, as well as advisory boards. Represent the company in external meetings and forums as needed;
  • Maintain relationships with key partners to enhance program impact;
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams including leadership, partnerships, product, sales, and customer support  to ensure delivery of key program objectives.

You'll Succeed With:

  • A Bachelor’s degree required; 
  • 2-4 years experience working in the hospitality technology industry, preferably in a partnerships, business development, marketing, consulting, project management, or account management role;  
  • Demonstrated success in administering of a commercial partner programs, especially in the hospitality technology industry (or related field);
  • Outstanding oral and written communication and interpersonal skills, with the proven ability to develop productive working relationships with both internal and external stakeholders; 
  • Demonstrated project management ability and excellent organizational and analytical skills with strong attention to detail; 
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a diverse, international team; 
  • Ability to operate and excel at strategic as well as tactical levels, with the willingness to roll up sleeves to get the job done;
  • Experience and knowledge of Salesforce and Magentrix (or similar technologies); 
  • Knowledge or familiarity with the hospitality technology ecosystem a major bonus;
  • Professional business English (C1) required; Spanish and Portuguese a bonus.
  • Flexibility to work across multiple time zones;
  • Excellent English oral and written communication skills;
