About the Role:

Clutch is looking for a Brand Manager to join the Marketing team and be an integral part of turning Clutch into a household name

In this position, you will report to the Director, Brand Marketing and work cross-functionally with Growth Marketing, Product Marketing, and Sales. 

What you’ll do: 

  • Help bring our brand vision by facilitating campaign planning, creative briefs, media planning, and social media strategy
  • Work with our Growth Marketing team to develop bold in-house creative that embodies our challenger tone of voice
  • Assist in updating our brand strategy and building out a 2025 brand plan
  • Act as the guardian of the brand ensuring the adoption of the overall brand strategy and guidelines

You’ll be great in this role if: 

  • You’ve got 3+ years of brand marketing experience either at a brand, startup, or agency
  • You have firsthand experience building an iconic brand
  • You have a bachelor's degree (but this is not a must)
  • You’re creative and relish taking risks
  • You want to have a direct impact on building Canada’s next unicorn
