Who you’ll be working with

Codal is seeking a highly motivated Growth Marketing Manager to drive brand awareness and lead generation through data-driven strategies. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing multi-channel lead acquisition campaigns, managing content, coordinating events, analyzing data, and collaborating with sales teams.

You will operate in a fast-paced, agile environment on a small but impactful marketing team, reporting directly into the Director of Marketing. In this hands-on role, you'll run end-to-end marketing campaigns, generate leads through digital marketing, drive mindshare through our Codal website, conduct market research and actively engage with the leadership team to optimize the performance of our marketing strategies.

What you’ll be doing

  • Lead Generation & Acquisition: Develop, execute, maintain and optimize multi-channel lead generation campaigns to drive qualified leads and increase brand visibility. Leverage various different platforms such as email marketing, social media, SEO/SEM, and paid advertising.
  • Content Management: Oversee the development, curation, and distribution of high-quality content across all marketing channels. Ensure content fully aligns with the overall marketing strategy and captivates our target audience and ICP effectively.
  • Event Coordination: Plan, organize, and execute industry events, webinars, and trade shows. Ensure seamless integration of these events into the overall marketing strategy to maximize lead generation and brand exposure. Work directly with our Brand Marketing Manager to properly execute on all creative needs.
  • Data Analysis & Reporting: Utilize analytics tools such as Hubspot, Google Analytics, SEMRush to track, measure, and report on the performance of marketing campaigns. Provide actionable insights and recommendations to improve campaign effectiveness and ROI.
  • Account-Based Marketing/Experience (ABM/ABX): Create, strategize and implement ABM/ABX campaigns to target high-value accounts. Working closely with the sales team, manage all campaigns to ensure that they address the specific needs and pain points of these accounts.
  • Strategy Development: Develop and implement comprehensive growth marketing strategies by leveraging data within Hubspot and Salesforce. Identify and capitalize on new opportunities to drive customer acquisition, engagement, and retention.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with the sales team to ensure leads are properly qualified and nurtured through the sales funnel. Collaborate with sales, product, and internal SMEs to support overall company goals and ensure marketing efforts are aligned.

What you’ll need to be successful (Requirements)

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing or an equivalent, relevant field
  • 5+ years of related experience in a B2B focused marketing environment
  • Experience managing a team of 1-2 marketers
  • Previous agency/consulting experience is required
  • Familiar with marketing automation, sales tools, and analytics tools; such as Google Analytics, Salesforce, Hubspot, Asana, and SemRush
  • Strong project management and organizational skills – experience seeing a project from development through execution
  • Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal skills required
  • The ability to work well under pressure, meet key deadlines, and manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Excellent presentation skills with the ability to influence key stakeholders and leaders as needed
  • Analytical mindset and the ability to track and measure campaign effectiveness and performance 
  • Familiar with HubSpot workflows, automated email campaigns, landing pages and lead capture forms
  • Proven track record of developing and executing successful, data-driven marketing campaigns that drive consistent growth. 
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and translate insights into actionable strategies. 
  • Experience with account-based marketing strategies and execution. 
  • Creative thinker with the ability to develop innovative marketing strategies and solve complex problems.
