Supervisor, Paid Social

Anywhere in the United States

Location: Remote (East Coast hours preferred)

Code3 is an integrated marketing agency built for the modern consumer journey. We sit at the intersection of Connected Media, Creative, and Commerce, helping some of the world's most recognized brands and fastest-growing challengers turn attention into business growth.

Paid social has evolved far beyond media buying. Success today requires understanding consumer behavior, creative performance, platform innovation, and how culture influences the way people discover and buy products. Our team partners with clients to build full funnel strategies that connect all of those pieces — combining data, creativity, testing, and measurement to drive meaningful business results.

We believe the best ideas come from people who are endlessly curious, willing to challenge conventional thinking, and excited to experiment. We work collaboratively across media, creative, measurement, strategy, and platform partnerships to continuously push our clients and ourselves forward.

About The Role

The Paid Social Supervisor is responsible for leading paid social strategy across a portfolio of clients while developing and mentoring a high-performing team. As the strategic lead on key accounts, this person partners closely with Client Partnership, Creative, Measurement, and platform teams to deliver integrated, full funnel marketing strategies that drive measurable business growth. They bring deep expertise across today's leading paid social platforms – including Meta, TikTok, Pinterest, Snapchat, and YouTube – and understand how to leverage each platform's unique strengths to achieve client objectives.

Beyond campaign performance, this role is expected to connect media, creative, consumer behavior, and cultural trends to uncover new opportunities for clients. They bring a strong point of view, communicate with confidence, and set the strategic standard for both their clients and their team.

Success in this role requires balancing hands-on strategic leadership with people leadership—coaching others, raising the quality of work across the team, and helping shape the future of Code3's Paid Social practice.

What you’ll do:

  • Lead paid social strategy across a portfolio of clients, overseeing full funnel media planning, testing roadmaps, forecasting, measurement, and long-term account growth spanning key platforms including Meta, TikTok, Pinterest, Snapchat, and YouTube.
  • Serve as a strategic advisor by connecting media performance, creative strategy, consumer behavior, and cultural moments to deliver meaningful business results.
  • Build, mentor, and develop a high-performing team by providing coaching, raising the quality of work, and fostering strategic thinking across the practice.
  • Partner closely with creative teams and clients to shape creative strategy, identifying winning concepts, testing opportunities, and optimization recommendations through performance data.
  • Establish best practices across planning, campaign execution, reporting, client communication, and innovation while partnering cross-functionally with internal teams.
  • Translate complex performance data into compelling, executive-level narratives and represent Code3 through client presentations, platform partnerships, and new business opportunities.

Who will love this role

  • Someone passionate about paid social for eCommerce advertisers who understands how creative, culture, and consumer behavior influence performance.
  • A people-first leader who enjoys mentoring others and building high-performing teams.
  • A naturally curious strategist who loves solving complex business challenges through testing, innovation, and collaboration.
  • An exceptional communicator who builds trust, simplifies complexity, and inspires confidence with clients and teammates alike.

You should have

  • 5+ years of paid social experience, including hands-on platform expertise and a proven track record developing full funnel strategies for eCommerce brands.
  • Deep expertise across at least five major paid social platforms (Meta, TikTok, Pinterest, YouTube, Snapchat, Reddit, LinkedIn, etc.).
  • Proven experience managing, mentoring, and growing high-performing teams while establishing best practices and elevating strategic thinking.
  • Exceptional written, verbal, and presentation skills, with the ability to influence executive stakeholders and translate complex performance data into clear business recommendations.
  • Strong understanding of creative strategy, testing methodologies, and how cultural trends can be leveraged to drive stronger business outcomes.
  • Advanced Excel skills (pivot tables required); digital marketing certifications (Meta Blueprint, TikTok Media Buying, Google Analytics, etc.) are preferred.

Perks and Benefits:

  • Full medical, dental, and vision benefits as well as generous retirement program
  • Thoughtful parental leave and return program

Why are you being asked to complete this form?

We are a federal contractor or subcontractor. The law requires us to provide equal employment opportunity to qualified people with disabilities. We have a goal of having at least 7% of our workers as people with disabilities. The law says we must measure our progress towards this goal. To do this, we must ask applicants and employees if they have a disability or have ever had one. People can become disabled, so we need to ask this question at least every five years.

Completing this form is voluntary, and we hope that you will choose to do so. Your answer is confidential. No one who makes hiring decisions will see it. Your decision to complete the form and your answer will not harm you in any way. If you want to learn more about the law or this form, visit the U.S. Department of Labor’s Office of Federal Contract Compliance Programs (OFCCP) website at www.dol.gov/ofccp.
